So, catching up...I'm either not in the right frame of mind, or I'm not seeing things right:
Morph claims Quebbs killed Pax and was initially scoffed at for -maybe- outing the Vig.
Silver comes on and claims Vig, dismissing the assumption Quebbs is the Vig.
Why is Morph less believable now that that claim isn't contested from SL, not discounting the Iceman believes SL is scum?
One problem we are having is that three people claim a different source of the kills.
Thought I'd be okay with the theme, but yeah. The only character I recognize is Garrus.
So the first part of the write-up was a foiled kill...Garrus takes out Pax and The Grizzz is implicated in taking out the Capt.
I was trying to come up with a scenario where a "pusher" would cause the cause the crazy night, but can't see a plausible explanation where that would work. "Shape-shifter" could account for that. And not coming to the defense of the Grizzz, but there could have also been a "copping" of his character on a previous night and a "ghostwrite" as his character making the kill.

I don't think pusher works to explain my results. And I don't think that's a ghost write of Sophia Hawked as the being doing the killing is described as inhuman. Doesn't fit.

Agreed with the pusher - just doesn't work in any scenario.
Feel like we are getting overly tied down with possible complexity scenarios as opposed to keeping to basics.
For example, Ice has an issue with SL. SL is claiming to be the Vig and freely admits to killing Pax. That would seem to be a case of either we let the real Vig sort out SL - if he's fibbing - or we wait and see what happens but not lynching SL (claiming Vig) is probably a good course.
(Related to this: SL was outted as Vig by Morph supposedly not reading the thread).
Then we have Grizzz and Truff. One of the two is fibbing based on the mod, surprisingly, giving away some information (not that I'm complaining; it's a nice change from having to wait until post-game to hear how a mod does things). Grizzz is Masoned with JoH but after recent games I could completely see Mal Mason a Town and non-Town so that point is a wash. Grizzz was claiming a power and when I said someone else had that he said he's the oft-cited Inventor. He also said he could create a three-person Romance, something the mod outright told me is not allowed when I asked for specifics on the Wedding Ring effect. Truff, meanwhile, appears to be an info-gatherer and barring reasons to feel she's wrong - beyond the JoH vouching - there are less holes in her story than Grizzz's. Lynching him seems a better course of action.
Once we start throwing out paranoia of shape shifting, pushing, etc it's basically sowing the seeds of dissent to not trust any info gathered. Until I see more evidence of those odder possibles, I can't allow them to taint or it becomes an oroborous of "What If?" Scenarios.
Lynch Grizzz as the Day is heading to wee hours and ending and I would hate to see it wasted because we were avoiding a lynch due to -too many- leads. We're drowning ourselves with an embarrassment of riches.
