I got a friend request out of nowhere and this is the most logical place for that to happen since its the only place I remember posting my friend codes.

Also, I think I need to thank ThanosTheDuck for continuing to send me gifts. I decided to save up till I could get 8 eggs from gifts to do a mass incubation. I only want friendship eggs from out of state/country because even if I hatch garbage, I can still use it to trade with another player to help them get 3 candy for whatever they need it for. The other side of that is people always want more candy of the rare Pokes like Cranidos so I end up with a chance to get one with high IV's. In any case, I managed to hatch a shiny party hat Charmander and, according to my annotations, you're the only friend I have from that area.

It would probably be western pa, or some of Ohio.

Lots of posts on here about Pittsburgh area HeroClix have mentioned me, so no biggie, but I appreciate the consideration.

Not sure if everyone's aware of this yet, but Niantic has added a stack of 30 incense (increased spawn rate) to the store for 1 Pokecoin. Duration of incense has been increased to 1 hour. If you can't get out of the house, make the critters come to you.

The Meltan boxes are also being effected the same way. Increased spawns and increased duration. Now all I need is to get myself a Switch, Pokemon Lets Go, get far enough into that game to get to the trading, actually remember to trade, actually remember to use the mystery box, and actually be able to pay attention to the game for the entire hr.

Also too bad I used the one I got from my friend during last week's double candy hr.

But I did get a shiny Cobalion from my pvp encounter reward, so there's that. Also worth noting that they are not auto-catch like the raid shiny. Not sure if pvp reward encounters flee, though, so it might not matter.

It took 10 days but I finally was able to complete my next field research, catch 7 different grass type for 3x candy. Not going out really changes how I play pokemon go.

Expanded radius for gyms... nice. Now I can reach the closest gym from my apartment. Considering it's an EX raid gym (even though that doesn't mean anything at the moment) it's very nice.

Quebbster and I are lucky friends!!!!! That means, when I get the chance to fly over to him, we can trade lucky Pokemon.

I have like a gazillion lucky friends in the States now. I only ever do lucky trades with one guy at my work I tend to run into when there's raids nearby… I am lucky friends with a co-worker and my neighbor too but haven't gotten around to trading anything.

I have a few lucky friends, but I have no local friends in the game, so nothing will probably ever come of it. I think I will never complete any of the trade research.

Within a week's time I caught a shiny Eevee and Ratatta. If I could catch a shiny every week or every other week then I would definitely play more.

Congratz! Have you decided which Eeveelution you're gonna get with the shiny?

Also, it was brought to my attention that Stunfisk is actually a pretty great Pokemon in great league battles. So if you have the time and patience, it might be worth using some of your incense to grab a few while the tricky event is still going on (ends 4/7).
