I've been taught that Pulse Waver will take Mystic damage. Turns out they shouldn't.
Yes you're right about that. LoF from Pulse Wave takes place first then ignores all game effects from the LoF drawn to the character/s. Bale nawala muna yung Mystics TA bago pa man magkaroon ng damage or even "attack phase/ rolling phase" kung tawagin. I hope I'm right in this statement I've made. Thanks! :D
I've a question about the "Highlander Rule", as I understand it, it's the "there can only be one" and sort of effectively made every figure unique. My question is does this "only one" limited to the figure itself or goes all the way to the character. I mean, I know you can't have 2 or more CW001 Captain America but can you have a CW001 Captain America and an AVM001 Captain America? Or did I completely miss the meaning of the rule?
Just a question about the boom tube trait of Big barda and BM gf Batgirl (25 pts), she used the boom tube sneak attack and carried batgirl with her speed value becoming 10, before she makes an attack, can batgirl in her 2nd click use her outwit before Big barda makes an attack?
Boom Tube (Trait) Once per game, give Big Barda a double power action to use Phasing / Teleport as if she had a speed value of 12. After actions resolve, you may give Big Barda a close combat or ranged combat action as a free action.

The Barda attack comes as a free action. Outwit is also a free action. As it is Barda's controller's turn, he/she has priority which free action he/she wants to resolve first.

i think not, it says after actions (double power action) resolve give it a cc or rc as a free action, not after another free action

Actually I agree with Pao, it says After actions (Plural) resolve, boom tube sneak attack is only a single action and doesn't specifically says it's only during Barda's action. I think that also a friendly character can make a free action in the middle of this. But let's see what our Judge will say about this. Sir Cons , I think you will have the final word on this.

GIVING ACTIONS TO CHARACTERS During your turn, you give actions from your action total to your characters. When a character is given an action, that action can be used for only one power or ability that requires that type of action to activate. You must completely resolve one action before you begin the next action. Resolving an action includes resolving any free actions or game effects that action allows followed by applying action tokens and then pushing damage to each character that received a second action token during that action. A character can never be given more than one non-free action per turn. If you have more available actions than characters, you can’t use the extra actions. You do not have to use all of your available actions, but you can’t save them for future turns.
Check out the bold part. Actions include, close combat, range combat, power actions, double power actions and free actions. How's that for rules lawyering? Haha.
Bruce Banner has a relic/resource, then AEs to HoM Hulk. Does HoM Hulk keep the relic/resource? YES!!!
Chase Iron Man and Iron Patriot with relics/resource splits. Who keeps the relics/resource? Answer is player controlling IM/IP chooses who gets assigned to keep the relic/resource.

Just to avoid confusion, take note that you can't have a resource and relic as part of your force at the same time (since relics are special objects and resources do not allow you to use special objects), unless the relic comes into play as part of the resource effects.
Turn 1 - Opponent uses Prep Time on Brother Voodoo, uses the click w/ Flurry
Turn 2 - Opponent clears
Turn 3 - Brother Voodoo free moves c/ H4H ATA... Then uses Grapnel Gun for free and since I'm in a higher elevation, gets a free Flurry (from the UB)... Then as a non-free action uses Flurry (from the UB)... when he's done, uses the free MC (B. Voodoo's ability) since he got 1 action token.
Question up there is, when using the Grapnel Gun, isn't that a duplication of the free move from H4H? Isn't one prohibited from using the same free move in a single turn?

So if allowed yun, pwede mag H4H ng 2 move action???
