I don't know what amuses me more, how the Falcons find new ways to lose every week or the downward spiral of the Cowboys?
Any thoughts on the Dodgers’ Justin Turnerdefied returning to the field to celebrate World Series victory; defying MLB’s orders to isolate after testing positive for Covid-19?
The Falcons seem to have lost their identity.
The Cowboys have so many injuries, but other teams find a way, why can't they?
That is probably because it sounded like the Smashing Pumpkins.
IMO they go in the same "not as good as the hype" category:
Smashin Pumpkins
The Beatles
U2
Led Zepplin
Rolling Stones
U2
Bruce Springsteen
Taylor Swift
Kanye
U2
Beyonce
Justin Timberlake
There are a sprinkling of good songs by these artists, " Paint it Black" for example but overall, I will skip them.
I very much agree with this list and this assessment...except for Led Zeppelin. I like a lot of their songs. Everyone else on that list, there's maybe 1 or 2 songs that I think are just fantastic and must listen, and the rest are meh.

I understand it may have been a once in a lifetime opportunity to celebrate...but a lot of people are missing out on once in a lifetime occassions because they are infected or rist infection. It was very, very selfish of him, and a really bad example, and I don't agree with it in any way.
I feel bad for the Falcons. I tend to have a "root for the underdog" mentality, and if one of my favorite teams isn't in the Superbowl, I'll root for the team that has never won it. Right now the Bengals, Bills, Browns, Cardinals, Chargers, Falcons, Jaguars, Lions, Panthers, Texans, Titans and Vikings are the teams that have never won a superbowl. There's not a team on that list that I dislike (though the Vikings come close), so I tend to root for them to do well during the season so they get a chance at a Superbowl.

I like how you have U2 twice.
I would say that The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, and U2 have a lot more songs that are better, though I prefer the middle albums of U2. When it comes to a number of people on this list they make pop music and that music is a lot more forgettable and it is only worth it to listen to their hits. I do miss being able to put on a whole albums and enjoying the whole album, which I do not get from popular music here in the US.

I wish I had the disposable income for that car, would totally buy it.
On a related note, my wife did find a new job. COVID has just about done in the dance teaching one she had. This time last year she was teaching 12 classes, this year is down to 5, and since it is zoom stuff, may not make it until the end of the year.
While some of the most depressing times in my life was having to go to my sister's dance recitals I never like to see the arts go away. I hope the dance studio gets back on their feet soon enough.
