New Year Celebrations were pretty fine for me. Got together with my buddy and got a pizza, and we watched a Schwarzenneger movie that I bought four years ago for 98 cents but never got around to opening ("End of Days", which was hugely mediocre, but hey, Arnold), watched a few episodes of The Venture Brothers, and like ten hours of the Twilight Zone marathon. I saw a few episodes I had never seen before that were great.

Why is it that people are demanding chase figs for their White Lanterns? I realize that the WL's are harder to pull than the average piece and the chance that you will pull the WL that you want (versus any old WL) is pretty low, but chase-worthy? Not in my book. I offered up WL Ice and a couple of rares (Ganthet & Scar) along with 5 or 6 non's to someone for their WL Flash. All of the pieces I offered were on the person's Want list but the reply I got was "You don't happen to have E-2 Superman or lamppost Batman, do you? I will trade him for one of those."
Ridiculous.
