Basically it means if it turns out that a 2/3'rd majourity can't lynch Stranger - i.e. he's unlynchable today - then we have to act quickly if we want to get a lynch on Carlos.
(Not sure why we'd go for ghosta as he said he was Riddler and that was before there were any janitored roles. Doesn't mean he wasn't supplied a False Claim but it doesn't put ghosta high on the list.)
Good point, wasn't looking at my notes.
"Why would the possibility of me being wrong ever stop me from doing something?"
Not until we see if 11 votes are enough for Stranger.
I'm also with DF, to a degree, about get_1. Feel like he's leading us around a bit. (On the other hand, when DF is this agreeable, it usually means he's scum.)
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

Generally speaking for the town to get a lynch, you need a simple majority (half the players +1 vote). For example, with 16 players, you need 9 votes for a lynch (8 + 1 = 9).
A 2/3's majority or a super majority, is seen as a special power (usually held by the leader of the mafia, also called the Don) which requires that the town get 2/3's of the votes as opposed to 1/2 +1 to lynch that player.
A Quick Train or a lynch train, is just what it implies. A rapid succession of votes on one player (whom the town is usually rather suspicious of).

Not really, I don't think. Who did you target Night 1?
Night 1 I was in a parking lot for 24 hours with no internet connection (but I got 52 free chick-fil-a value meal coupons). In the write up, I was attacking my default target, though nothing happened as for as I can tell since I did noting.
