The problem you'll have is that Spider-Man hasn't really joined many teams. He teams up with everybody, but he's not much of a joiner until the last decade when he joined the various Avengers teams.

If you want a proper team, you're looking at Fantastic Four and New Avengers.

Maximum Carnage would give you access to
Venom, Captain America, Black Cat, Cloak, Dagger, Iron Fist, Deathlok, Morbius and Firestar. Including Spidey, that's 10. If they create Deathwatch that'll be 11.

Plus we found a way for the Outlaws to be 10.

(And, even then, 10 isn't a requirement. I think people are just scared of "So-and-so is going to have more figures in his pool." Admittedly there's some justification to that worry but if your team is 8 or 9 that you'll get more usage out of than finding a couple more that are going to be benched most times...)
