I used to play the other Marvel game but take all the space on my phone and I had to take out. This one is very light , so I will be able to play it.

All I can say is get used to the feeling. As a new player, you should only spend gold on new roster slots. The bigger roster you have, the more expensive it is to expand it too.
Try to stockpile any tokens you get and open them only when you can afford another roster spot. Build your roster from the ground up - the number of one-, two- and threestar characters has been static for years so once you have added them you don't need to worry about more coming.
In fact, I believe you only need a single onestar character in the long run, so don't invest too much in them, just enough to get your twostar characters started.
In the long run, a good way to get gold is to farm your two-star characters. Selling a fully leveled two-star character nets you a fair amount of gold, more than you invested to begin with. Once you start relying on threestar characters the twostar characters aren't that valuable and can used to get more gold as their covers drop often. Some players prefer to keep multiple copies to always have a fully leveled version on hand.
I should probably mention that I quit playing the game almost two years ago, so some of my knowledge may be outdated. I am sure the guys who have kept playing are more than happy to correct me if I post outdated info though.

Also, tokens don't expire. And you shouldn't open a token unless you can deal with what may come out of it. For example, if you were to get a Legendary token right now, it's going to be a 4* or 5* character. Your roster is not ready for that. So don't open it. Until you're ready to start growing 3* characters, stick with Standard tokens. The Heroic, Elite, Mighty, and Legendary tokens will stay good and you can open them later, when you're ready for it.

Also, Carlos, you can join an alliance in the game. That brings some benefits like a daily ISO bonus as well as additional event prizes.
I am checking with the others in my alliance to see about freeing up some space if you might have the interest to join.

That is correct.
An alliance is limited to 20 people. Ours is currently at 20, but we have one guy who has not played in 4 months. I believe that he said it would be ok to replace him when he stepped away.
Unfortunately I am not one of the moderators for the group, so someone else would need to make that cut before we can get you in, but I doubt that there would be an issue.

Anyway, when the time comes, we will let you know.
What you will do when that time comes will be:
1) go to the alliance tab (lower right)
2) click the search tab
3) click the “display private alliances” box
4) type “HCRealms” into the search box
5) click the search button
This should find our alliance there. Click into it and click the request to join button.
From there a group moderator will then approve the request.

It is a laid back alliance. The only “requirement” is to jump in and play once each day at a minimum...like just one fight, which most people would do anyway. (More is appreciated, of course, as that benefits the whole alliance, but nobody wants to force that.) Now, if you need to step away from the game for a bit but plan to be back, a heads up would be appreciated.
