at the far end of the hall energy beams locked three of the sentinals together and coalesced into a larger brighter beam that crashed into the Xman with a resounding ZAAASSSHHH

and when the team could see again...Scott Summers was down. Capt Britain let out a yell and sprang into the air flying down toward the cyborgs grabbing up a heavy Janitors Buffer on the way...he landed beside the one who had targetted his comrade anger in his eyes...

Beast said "Scotty!" and glanced down at the form of his friend...."Hes still breathing Jean."he remarked right before he then he turned to the guard in front of him..and said "and you!" his hand shot out grabbing him by the throat ..snarling much like wolverine...and threw the injured guard upwards with all of his strength. the helmeted head of the security went through the roof panel and the body stayed suspended hanging in the hall.....as Hank let the 'Beast' out.....

Heh waste of a crit on Tom.

Jean watched as the Cybernetic Sentinals surrounded Brian and she began running down the hall yelling "Hank...Brian needs help" and she stopped nearby as she saw the anger on Brians face as he swung the buffer in a loop around his head...

both her and hank saw the buffer come around to smash into the side of the hovering robotic entity...causing sparks and lubricant to fly....the buffer fell to the floor in pieces..though it looked like Brian was favoring his left arm from the effort.

Hank quipped "looks like the robot was rebuffed"

Whoops. I had it right in my recap but not in my move. Gamma's suppossed to be in P12 not p6. Oh well. I guess he malfunctioned.

Leadership is a 3. Dang coulda used it.

Omega will push to shoot Britain. Alpha will use SHIELD TA to help him out. 7 on a 15. Roll is (6,3) Hits. Knockback woulda been nice. 2 + 1 from SHIELD - 2 for invuln = 1 to Britain and 1 to Omega.

Rich will push and use Energy Explosion. Can't hurt Beast but can splash onto Jean. 8 on a 16. Roll is (2,5). Nope. close though. Woulda been a surprise hit on Jean.

further away Ms Jean Grey reached out with her mind and siezed the guard in her way and lifted him off the ground slamming him into the wall to his left...he dropped to the ground and stumbled backward...fear etched in his face

Omega's leadership roll: 5
Not like I need 4 actions anyway.

Delta moves down to O7.
Since both still are flying and don't have Earthbound, Gamma will use Ranged Combat on Captain Britain with Delta helping. (Pushes Delta) 7 on a 14. Roll is (2,5). Hits. 2 + 1 -1 for toughness for 2 to Britain. Maybe i shouldn't have put him on willpower. Delta takes one. (From no tokens to two in one round heh)

Since I have the action Rich might as well shoot Jean. 6 on an 18. Need a crit. Roll is (2,6). Didn't think so.

well the bad news is using the shield team ability is an action and no fig can get more than 1 action in 1 turn......so Delta couldnt have moved.....the goodnews is you dont need line of fire to use the shield team ability so he can stay where he was and not push and get the same effect......
