Harley looks stunning, Joker perfectly evil, and batman defiantly strong. Robin, well, he's in short shorts and pixie boots, you can't wear those and look menecing. Sorry Robin. I think Batman dressed you like that just to make himself look tougher by comparison.
Ok... so if I read this right, I can buy a starter & a case of boosters and have the entire set, except for Uniques (or Super Rares)? So the case contains just exactly ONE set with no extras? Just like *cough*Creepy Freaks*coughs*??
I don't think so. I think the idea is you should get a set of REVs and uniques but be short some super rares. You'd also have some duplicate extras.

A new Harley. This is always NICE! A new Battle Suit Lex Luthor thats REALLY NICE! This is what I want. It has the potential to be a nice set. One of the factors depends on how they handle Superman.
Harley may have just replaced Black Cat for the best booty in 'Clix ... not that I rank such things.

60 something pieces with 8 super rares? With some Uniques, 12 has been the norm, that is not many r/e/v figures. Like what, 16 r/e/v's? That seems low since we know:
Flash
Superman
Blackfire
Lex Luthor
Joker
Harley Quinn
Batman
Robin
that's 1/3 of the set right there! I am not sure it makes sense to pay $250-ish for a case when you could buy the set from someone for a whole lot less and not have a bucket load of extras. Even if there are no Uniques it's only 18 r/e/v.

Why did I think these were supposed to be 4 dollar/2 fig boosters? Too bad, with full size boostes, I would have liked to have seen some giant figs.
I'm not sure why you thought it was 2 figure boosters but I did too. Maybe that was arumor going around at one point?
I think the only reason we're not seeing gaint figures or mounted figures as this is the replacement starter set. I guess/hope we'll see both in the DC expansion after this one.

Since there will be at least two different Batman in this set (and maybe a Unique or LE Batman too), adding the Inquest exclusive, and the previous Batman made (3 U, 2 LE, 2 REVs and 1 promo), the Dark Knight starts to be a serious challenger to Spider-Man and Hulk for the title of the most declined characters in Heroclix ! We have the choice (not couting REV versions as multiple) between 11 different Batman. Hulk is actually at 11 different versions ( including the two gamma irradiated Hulks), Spidey and Wolverine have 11 too (couting the promo Spider-Man and the Universe Exp versions), and Elektra "only" 9. So Batman with 11 will be second behind Spider-Man, Hulk and Wolverine (with FF released before Icons that will add at least one figures of each one of these characters, totalling 12).
The competition is raging ! Poor Elektra has been left alone and has lost her outsider statut !
I'm the unconditional militant for the making of Porcupine, Man-elephant and Armadillo as clix !

I don't believe there are 12 uniques in Icons, and there's no guarantee that everything we've seen so far are REV's- I particularly wouldn't be surprised if Luthor was Unique.
Also, Robin, Joker, Batman, and Harley are all "starter" figures like Spidey, Wasp et al. from from Universe, so they don't count towards the total either (though there will be a separate REV Batman in the set- the DK Detective sculpt is the starter Batman, and the Free Comic Book Day sculpt the REV version in the Icons set).
Wow. I'm truly impressed. I can't wait to see some stats too. Blackfire? About time! (And a new Starfire has to be there, who else would she be AE to? I'm assuming that these are mostly accurate base types mind you ^_^*)
And maybe now we can have a useful Lex Luthor? The sculpt looks great. All of the sculpts look great. We now have a Grayson, which I admit I wasn't overly pressed for but it's nice to see him anyhow.
I hope that Robin is the starter only. No disrespect to #### Grayson Robin, I am just bigger fan of Tim Drake. I would hate for my favorite character, who isn't exactly obscure, to be retired and out of the restricted game.
I guess that throws out the possibility of a Teen Titans Tim Drake/Robin in the set then. I guess we can always look forward to it....
