Yes, it usually takes at least two weeks if not more. It took me two months.

I am busting my butt to find a Venue in NYC that will allow tourneys. Space is a huge issue in most of the stores up here. Any ideas on creating space in confined areas?

I would suggest fiding large cardboard surfaces that fit one map. You can set these up on other surfaces such as counters and comic bins and boxes to temporarily increase the playing surface. No leaning on the maps as the surface they provide will really only safely support clix\, dice, and tokens.
