I think what I will do next - and hopefully you guys will forgive me for this - is use the next week to catch things up (and that'll give a "breather" to people as well) and then we'll see where to go from there. I'm up to hearing suggestions.
"Nobody important? That's amazing. You know, in 900 years of traveling time and space I've never met someone who wasn't important."

So here's an idea I'm just throwing out there:
Go ahead and score the first four weeks as normal, arriving at final scores for everyone.
Then take everyone and rank them. Then give the person in first 10 points towards their final Crisis score, the person in 2nd 9 points, the person in 3rd 8 points, the person in 4th 7 points, etc etc, for the top 10.
So essentially the scoreboard looks like
1st place - 10 points
2nd place - 9points
3rd place - 8 points
. . .
10th place - 1 point
Then just have the contest completely hinge on the Final Crisis score plus the bonus based on the last couple of weeks. Hopefully, more people will play, and that should give anyone a realistic chance at winning, even people who hadn't participated.
That's just an idea.
Otherwise, if things are scored how they were originally planned, the winner would almost certainly be one of the three of us who posted last week.
Come play in a mafia game! Hey! I'm talking to you, Scott Pilgrim!
While I don't have any great preference about what should be done, I do agree with adamical in that, with only a few people having submitted answers for week four, the competition for the grand prize has been drastically dropped.
And Rokk, I'm completely fine with you taking some time before posting the next set of questions. Just keep us updated as to what's going on.
I think at this point we're all in it for the trivia. The prizes are somewhat inconsequential. If there were to be no week 5, I would appreciate all the trivia we got for the preceding weeks.
I don't know how many people have submitted answers since the deadline, but if it's enough to make it competitive in your opinion, Rokk, roll out the last week. Otherwise, post the scores, and whoever got the highest should have to post a week's worth of trivia for the rest of us. : )
Whatever you're comfortable with, man.

ps: Adamical, I believe there's more than 3 people that Rokk's considering as "in the running." My timestamp was late, but my answers were on time, for instance. And TayJK's post seems to indicate that he's still in it. I don't if the total numbers have reached a competitive level, though.
When our story opens, the Question is investigating an impossible locked-room murder mystery involving a midget and a 6'6"-tall call girl into heavy bondage. Don't worry, I'll explain later. It's all vitally relevant.

I know that what Adamical suggested would be best for everyone, but I would still feel very ripped off if all the work I put into weeks 1-4 was to be basically discounted.
I guess the important thing here is to get the HCRealms community involved though, so I think that it would be best to give everyone a fair chance. I also would prefer to see someone who needs a lot from this set get the grand prize over someone who has it all (I'm in the middle). That's another reason to equalize the playing field a little.
Making a post to the Crisis thread to indicate to the other participants that you've submitted answers. We've been calling them "timestamps." It's any of those posts that say "Answers sent!"

I've been awfully quiet.
I didn't send in my answers because I got excellent pulls from my brick I purchased. Since I was able to get the figs I really wanted;
V Superman
E/V Green Lantern
Owlman
Kalibak
Orion
Felix Faust
V Red Tornado
R,V Emerald Empress
R,E,V Mary Marvel
and others.
I did not want to get in the way of anyone else who really wanted the case so I dropped out. I did, however research the answers and I'm curious to know what I got right and wrong.
Rokk,
I appreciate the effort you put into this. If I could make one small change next year(if you decide to do this again); Time it so the final week ends on the Monday of the week of release. That will keep us all on the boil. The questions were phenomenal and I can honestly say I learned some things.
I still say keep the standings quiet.
Again, thanks! and good luck to those still playing.
Yes, but you're a surrealist! I'm a normal guy!
