Ch'p is very good, while there are definately things that break the abuse/use of him, they do not wreck a team. He will always be a Running Shot Character with TK and an 18 defend. Sure a Battlefield may wreck one of those few things, but he'll still be decent for the points instead of dead weight like one of the Sue Storms.
He's a good character, but unless he was 40 points he's not going to change the game.
