this guy was pretty tough back in the day... the low defense hurt him of course, but at least he was easy to heal!
KC Supes would almost always better him but that starting click is great... 10 charge, 13 attack withe super strength and a 5 damage with exploit weakness... holy heck!
Eh kind of sort of. They're alluding to the fact that the Magog in comics now will become the KC Magog...though fundamentally that's not possible since people alive in KC are now dead (For example: Ted Kord).
But god the fact that they're doing that with NIL8's origin in stuff is garbage. They're trying to leech off of a beautifully done story because they were strapped for ideas.
ALSO: I Just got this figure reallll cheap on evilbay SEALED!!! I was ecstatic and plan to relive the good history I've had with this figure: Sheer close combat brutalities.
I remember critical hitting a KC Superman with this bad boy and a heavy object OFF A Building back in the day. I had to get rid of mine but I'm so glad I got a new one. Staff intact.

It's not the same Magog. "Kingdom Come" as we know it was an Elseworlds that has now been retconned into continuity -- for Earth-22, not the main DCU. The figure we have in clix is the original Elseworlds/Earth-22 Magog, he was never a part of the JSA. Heck, KC Superman even said there wasn't a JSA (or at least one active in the modern era) on his world, which is why the younger generations went bad. Different reality, somewhat different powers, potentially different identity, definitely a different backstory.

When it comes to Superman and Batman, Grant Morrison is nothing but a 50's cover band in a 70's psychedelic funk style.
@ Tim Drake; I don't know if you've been keeping up on Brightest Day, but in Generation Lost, it IS shown THIS Magog is the KC Magog who chases down Parasite, resulting in Parasite killing Captain Atom setting off a nuclear explosion destroying the farm belt. So, this is Magog from the main DC Universe.

@DarkLordVergal - Similar events, different universes. The story of "Kingdom Come" as it was originally was an Elseworlds, that as of Infinite Crisis/52, was put "in continuity" for Earth-22. The Magog on the JSA is the New Earth/Mainstream DCU counterpart of the original Elseworlds Magog, on which the clix is based. KC Magog was *never* a member of the JSA, because there was no active JSA in that time period on Earth-22 according to KC Superman.
And in any case, the current Magog-related events in the DCU are pushing things in a direction *like* "Kingdom Come," but not exactly. Certain characters that were alive in the original story are currently dead in the mainstream DCU for example. It won't be the same. Two different characters, two different futures, two different universes. Similar but distinct. Why is this so hard for people to grasp?

Because if two things are similar they must be the same...its probably why some people needed the drastic change between E-2/Golden Age Superman and Modern Superman....think what would happen if they had a Silver Age Universe that was referenced as often as the Golden Age.
People wouldn't get how Superman came back from being depowered.

This really isn't the place to discuss this, send me or troma angry messages while we give you concrete facts and prove you wrong, but leave it alone here.

Uh, who's angry? Not me. You posted something inaccurate, I corrected you. "Kingdom Come" = Elseworlds/Earth-22. That's the clix we have, not the Earth-1/New Earth version from JSA and the current/finished Magog series. You want to protest the point, PM me with your "concrete facts." And, btw, Troma and I discussed it via PM long before you replied. He agrees with me. :-)

That's good, I am not going 1 way or another on this since it's still unfolding in Brightest Day, I am simply saying not to make a judgment yet. Regardless, this figure is an amazing piece in close or ranged combat.

Lol. There is only "one" Magog, and he is from Kingdom Come. All the other stories are pretty bad, like Gog. And for the dial and sculpt, both are pretty great. Though i wish his staff was represented more, rather than him starting with exploit weakness.
Unreal. Still a monster.
I think this figure begs the question: would you rather have High attack values like this guy and average defense or average attack values and high defense.
I wish I had one. Maybe santa (wife) will get me one. I have a heroclix wish list and he is at the top.
magog is just crazy. I have used him with much sucess. his only downfall is outwit. outwit is defense and he is hit good and weaker. his best friend is jean grey from infinity challenge I believe. TK him across the field and hit someone for seven(with object) penetrating damage. crumples the mightiest of foes.
