What can I say, it's your 3rd double 6 on our game. Ok, one didn't count because of the missing break-away, but still... Either your dice love you or hate me. I still don't understand why you gave 2(+1) damage to Sauron when he was on his last click, instead of dealing more damage to Ultrahumanite.
Weapon X (X stands for injured) turn 9
1) Ultrahumanite pushes to TK HO from N-12 to N-13, giving Wolverine some needed cover. I guess this gives UltraHum 1 DFD, since it avoids Wolvie from being hit by War Machine, no?
Characters get +1 to their attack values whenever they make close or ranged combat attacks against opposing characters with which they share the same team symbol.

I feel no need to be ruthless. I don't think both Sauron and Ultrahumanite will be injured from a split attack. I did something like that in my first game last season (with Dagger) and I think Turtle ruled only one was injured. It would be worth it to ask.
Dagger tries to footsweep Wolverine. She misses (1+2), but he stumbles trying to avoid the attack and falls on a rock. What bad luck (3+5 after the Prob). The Canuk takes two after Toughness. Dagger gains 1SA and Black Cat gains an AST. So, when are we going to see the Slingers in an upcoming set?
My money's on in the next year...

Hi brad. On the email roll you sent, you rolled twice a d6 instead of rolling once a 2d6. I believe that heroclix rules say that we should roll the 2 dice at the same time. I guess the probabilities are different when you roll 2 dice once, or 1 die two times.
Anyway, the rolling stands but next time, when using that site, try this
Rolls: 1 Dice Type: 2d6s (don't forget the "s", it's important otherwise you won't see the result for each die)
Since 1 die roll can't influence another, they are independent, and thus, rolling 1 2d6 or 2 1d6 is exactly the same thing probability-wise. In other words, dropping one die and waiting 2 seconds to drop the other, is the same exact thing as dropping them both at the same instant. If we were pulling numbers 1-6 out of a hat and not replacing them between each pull then the second roll would be dependent on the first roll, and it would change things.
For what it's worth, I have been rolling Rolls: 2, Die type: 1d6 all season long. Hmm, now that you mention it, my rolls have been kind of crappy..... Ok, that's the end of the probability lesson for the day. Game on!

Noted. It makes no difference to me since both show up in my inbox at the same time. I'll do it that way from now on .
War Machine launches another volley the at Ultrahumanite. 3+4 hits for two after the Toughness.
Did I hear him mutter something about a darn, dirty ape? That joke never gets old. Dagger puts a boot to Wolverine's midsection. 5+3 hits. She'll take one for exceeding her limit, but the X-Man is down after taking three.
She should buy him a beer after the game for that shot! Black Cat leaps to M-11 to get a better look at the Ultrahumanite.

Ok, so Sauron was the one that got injured with that last critical hit. Add that to the critical miss on his very first attack roll and you can tell that this was not Sauron's day at all.
And thanks for the probability lesson dbauers. I suspected as much, but thought it would be nice to keep rolling equal to the etiquette defined for real life games. You know, that rule that says whenever you roll 2 dice and one of them is not a valid role, like it falled down to the floor or whatever, you need to roll again both dice, not only the one that was wrong. I know it's the same, probabilities wise.

Oh, very good point. See, I don't ever really play in "live" games, so I didn't even know about that rule.
War Machine uses Running Shot, dashing to R-11 and firing at the Ultrahumanite. His machine gun blows up (1+1)! The base of the gun just gives way and the cannon flies through the air... smacking the Ultrahumanite in the back of the head. What bad luck (6+1)!
There's something you don't see everyday. War Machine takes one, but gains another SA and KO as the 'Humaninte takes three and is knocked-out. Black Cat gains an AST.
I guess that leads to the Galeforce 9 Player of the Game and of today's game it's War Machine. A donation from Galeforce 9 will be made in War Machine's name to the Victim's of Bad Writing. Producer of today's match was Stepper79. Direction was handled by Forge. Descriptions of today's game may not be used without the permission of FHL. For Ricochet, I'm Uatu. Thanks for watching today's game and have a good night.
