Cancel the trade and don't get ripped off. That is the best way to go, and feedback be damned.

Just send a politely worded PM that you would like to recind your offer.

Feedback is only left for completed (or non-completed) trades. Other wise they would all be filled with "He sent me a stupid, crazy offer" or "He backed out of a sweet deal!"

And if you do get negative feedback (hell, any feedback for the issue) just take it up with a mod and they should be able to remove it for you.

I know he is not supposed to be able to trade, but I just got a PM from him /her yesterday trying to get me to buy figures.

After my reply, I doubt they will ever PM me again.

If lojo is indeed trying to circumvent the trade ban, isn't that grounds for banning?

honestly, don't trade with lojo, even if he has neg itraders, he can still rip you off. for example: he sends first, you received his package, you send your package, if you don't cover the package with DC, he will say "i never got your package, please send my figures back", and he will still have your figures.

I didn't hear from her for quite some time, so I went to Yahoo maps and searched her adress. I was able to look at her house from a satelite. Not only did i convince her to give me my stuff, It felt really cool, too.

I'm still waiting for my figures. It has been almost 2 weeks since I received a non working DC#. I'm getting ready to submit a mail fraud claim once I hit the 2 week mark.

I tried to stay away from this thread and give lojo the benefit of a doubt, but it has been over a month since I have paid him/her and nearly two weeks since my package was supposedly mailed.

Plain and simple, I should have read the stuff here on lojo before agreeing to the deal. I would have been much more hesitant to agree to the deal had I known what I know now.
