038 Wonder Girl - 9 - Could be a great one.
039 Harbinger - 5 - Agree with previous posts: a lame character and an avg. dial.
042 Mordru - 4 - Should have made him a SR so I'd have little chance at all of getting him.
061 World's Finest - 7 - I'll send in for it. And, probably not play it. But I'll have it.

002 Kid Flash - 8 Leery of how many people will be using him, but he would be fun on my Titan teams.
004 Aqualad - 5 Lukewarm. Cheap but doesn't do a whole lot other than hide.
005 Speedy - 7 A little overpowered, in my opinion. Again, I could see this guy getting a lot of game-time by other players.
006 Shimmer - 7 Will go with Mammoth, and that's about it.
007 Jericho - 8 I'm liking the design of this figure. In big games, I'll give him a try.
008 Mercury - 6 He's cheap and mobile - and that's good, but not sure I'd field him outside of sealed.
010 Liberty Belle - 10 Big fan of both Jesse Quick and her mother. I think the figure is a little overpowered, but I'll use her.
011 Klarion - 5 Not real familiar with the character but he has some decent powers. Again, when would I really field him, though?
019 Batwoman - 2 No interest
022 Dawnstar - 7 I'm sure I'll be sick of seeing this figure soon enough
025 Jack and Ten - 5 They are just not doing it for me. Bland, bland, bland.
028 Deathstroke - 8 Wicked powerful, but pricey. A close-combat version of Legacy V Batman. I'll expect to see him a lot - which is probably why he's short on keywords.
029 Nightwing - 8/9 - He's really powerful and efficient. I want to use him but so many other players will he'll end up sitting out except for occasional friendly games.
031 Mammoth - 7 Okay brick who might be fun to get that SP working
033 Psimon - 7 long range makes up for a very fragile figure. No wonder Joker could take him...
035 Uncle Sam - 10 Good to see. Phantom Lady has a partner...
036 Chief - 9 The only support power he is missing on his first click is Prob. An amazing support figure - Manipulate, Support, Perplex, Outwit - in big games, I think he's going to be really nifty.
038 Wonder Girl - 10 Almost makes up for the Troia click from CJ... almost.
039 Harbinger - 5 Why not?
040 Forerunner - 1 Glad to see she isn't overpowered. I hate characters who just show up and are awesome. Outside of sealed, I can't imagine ever using her.
042 Mordru - 7 Gives more punch to the Princes of Darkness
044 Accomplished Perfect Physician - 5 I don't have August General and nothing is crying for me to get this guy. Decent dial, but too many figs already previewed I must use first.
052 Psycho-Pirate - 10 About time. I like his annoyingness. Good stuff.
057 Flash - 8 I already have a headache from this figure and he isn't out yet. Neat idea but his special powers are really efficient. Why does Moon Knight take damage again? Sheesh...
061 World's Finest - 5 I'll send in for it. And, probably not play it. But I'll have it.

Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.
Chime me in - here's my grades and ratings with some comments:
002 Kid Flash - B+ - 8.8 - whoo whoo...nice.
004 Aqualad - B - 8 - could be a valuable asset - who knows?
005 Speedy - A- - 9.0 - not quite completely broken but has some little nastiness there.
007 Jericho - C - 7.5 - well at least he has Titans TA and Titans need a perplexer...may be a good asset and I will be reserving my judgement - may be one of the surprise.
010 Liberty Belle - B+ - 8.9 - nice nice nice. needs outwitter to beat her.
019 Batwoman - C+ - 7.8 - not bad but not at "meh" level - she's better than Creeper, I admit...but again I will wait and see how I play her at the tournament if I pull her.
022 Dawnstar - A - 9.2 - sigh what can I say about her? Beautiful.
031 Mammoth - B - 8.3 - not bad...if with Shimmer it s upped to 8.9.
035 Uncle Sam - A - 9.4 - ah....speechless.
038 Wonder Girl - B+ - 8.7 - much improvement and better than the old one.
039 Harbinger - B- - 8.1 - good: TA, Special Power that may prove to be a valuable asset.
042 Mordru - C + - 7.9 - Mystic TA will make people fear of him.
057 The Flash - A - 9.2 - not quite perfect yet...sure wish to see Cosmic Treadmill under him...but not bad.
061 World's Finest - B+ - 8.8 - first ever over 300 points...not bad..two TAs can be helpful. Willpower built-in.
