Ah, so he just retains his own second token for pushing, but gets his pushing damage plus the Takedown "pushing" damage for missing (minus adding a third token).
Got it.
That's not English.
Also, there's no such thing as "Takedown" damage.
Sorry for my tone... I don't mean it that way.

I read somewhere that Takedown was basically designed for V AW Psylocke, and she truly is nasty with it. Great review!
She is the first person I thought of when I saw that feat. The problem with her is, she's good with so many feats, it's hard to decide which ones to put on her. With this and Stunning Blow she could just be evil....
While Mister Miracle was the first character I thought of when seeing the card, it will really only help him when the attacking figure has no range, unless the flight rules are changed, to be consistent with grounded figures.
Though Gypsy and Ch'p have been mentioned, I'm pretty sure they can't use the feat (no Plasticity or Incapacitate).

I think they are mentioned as backup to the piece with TD on it. I could be wrong, but that's how I read that.

Try the LE Antman puck with takedown on for size. Now Tbolt him and all you other Avengers to Defenders and watch your opponent want to rip out his hair or your eyes!

Correct. Although the first time I read the OP from the people suggesting them, my initial thought was "neither one of them have Incap or Plasticity AND Defend."
When I re-read it, I realized the posters were stating that Gypsy & Ch'p are good to have AROUND the takedown figure.

Yeah, should have figured that out myself. The card is still a bit hampered by it having to be a close combat attack, though. That's why the Stealth/Combat Reflexes figures are especially good suggestions.
question: this is gonna make me sound dumb, but i need to know for clarification purposes
"Does Incap and/or Plasticity HAVE TO BE showing in order for this feat to work?"
for instance character A has incap on his first click, if he gets knocked off it can he still use takedown?

No.
I learned this myself recently with a very similar question. They do indeed have to have the power showing to be able to use the feat. Sort of how you have to drop your heavy object if you click off your Super Strength click.
Actually I'm supprised no one said anyhting about V Clayface. I recently played him with Takedown, Protected, Camoflauge, and Entangle. Made him actualy quite frustrating for my oppenent. Sneak along the wall with an object, push to charge, and now you have 18 def with Takedown and Entangle. After his first miss he was scarred to attack him.
