That's not Mr. Mind, It's the new Tinkerbell from Mcfarlane's "Twisted Nightmares of Disney" action figure line. The label doesn't say anything, you have to read it.
And I'm pretty sure that the characters are a Kryptonian language font.
It's just about the coolest small detail I've ever seen in a Heroclix figure.
I don't expect them to top it unless they have, I don't know, like Blue Beetle or somebody dangling from a brick wall. And what's the likelihood of that?

Actually, that would be Mr. Mind's native Venusian.
Back in the days of the Power of Shazam! series, when Mr. Mind was using the same language in the comics, you could send away for a decoder card. So I did, and ten years later lent it to the art department when they were putting together the label for the jar.
I love putting in little references and in-jokes like that for other hardcore comic fans wherever I can--figures, maps, character cards. There are even a couple things I don't remember being noticed (or at least mentioned) here on the Realms...
Edit: Thanks to the Internet, you can see the card for yourself here:

Hey, don't let me stop you!
As for the Legion map, that would be Interlac. It might be handy for you to track down a way to translate it, since it will be appearing again in HeroClix in the near future.
