The main reason I rarely (if ever) use Thor is because his defense is so low for the points you spend on him.

I also would vote Ult Thor if he was a choice. Too bad.

If only the Frog of Thunder was a sculpt instead of a lame pog, he'd have gotten my vote too.

Dr. Donald Blake is a much better use of points than the vet from Supernova IMO. though i cant argue with the rookie coming in at 112 points and leaving a mess in his wake.

I'd really go with the Rookie taking the Ult more times than not. He has the better chance, especially with building in support.

Rookie hits Ult with Meteorite, drops Ult to 14DV. Even a low roll with the object puts the Ult on his 4Dam. This will still keep the Rookie on his 3 Dam. Ult can push & put Rookie on his 4Dam or they can both rest.

The Rookie keeps a better DV and then jumps to WP, so he's not pushing.

Granted the Ult has the better chance for first strike, but that's where the Rookie player uses blocking terrain to their advantage.

The Exp SN piece gains RS to try for the first attack, but it's not as effective as the Rookie since the point total is so close to the Ult.

The Vet has the best chance due to Imp, but now the Ult has the advantage of better support. Super Strength will again be the best friend for the SN Thor to win.

All of this is why I'd still vote SN over Ult if he was on this list.

My vote would've been for the Ultimates Thor. Back them, lots of complaints that he was broken. Altough, he now seems more fragile.

Went with Dr. Donald Blake. He's the best representation of an upper level Thor to me, I like the SN Rookie as well.

Clearly, in an all out brawl between these clix, it would be the Frog of thunder who would come out on top.

The Supernova Rev might be better over all, but I simply love the Mighty Thors sculpt. Odds are, if I go to pull a Thor, that's the one I use....
So my vote had to go to Mighty Thor.

REV Supernova, who could use some higher defense values for sure.

I refuse to vote as the only playable GOOD Thor came from Ultimates.

I wanted to vote for Thunderstrike, but the low attack values (9 just isn't very high anymore, especially on a 100 point fig) just prevent me from ever playing him. I've played Supernova REV Thor several times now, and it always goes well.

personally my 2 favorites are SN rookie and the LE. the rookie is awesome for his points, especially if you toss a thunderbolts to MoE. the LE is very solid and has the defense that a thor should have. id really like the Vet from SN to be better, but with low defense numbers (much like the PC one) hes just a bit too easy to beat the tar out of.

What's with Thor's low defense?
