"I think he succeeded as a shield, proving useful once again!" Luthor laughed, "Grundy, prove yourself useful!"
"Grundy walking on sunshine...."
"Yes, well walk over to the Lanterns!"
"Riddle me this Luthor," Riddler began
"not now you imbecile," Luthor cackled, "We have the lanterns on the run!"
Grodd looked at the lack of Captain Cold and Cheetah, the broken helmet, and the singing zombie and rolled his eyes.
free) Luthor rolls leadership with a 5
free) Grodd copies SE and Luthor outwits TK on Gnort
1) Grundy gets his movement up by 2 with CP and moves to K9, picking up the LO
2) Luthor moves to R10
3) Riddler moves to Q9

3) Gnort pushes to barrier in K-8, J-9, L-9, K-10 (Is that a defend?)

Lod Turn 12 (you can only TK 8 spaces max so Grundy would have to be placed in Q17)
"WHEE!!!" Grundy squealed as he floated through the air.
"Idiot," Luthor mumbled, "Grundy, take on that chipmunk! Or one of the lanterns. DO SOMETHING! Riddler," Luthor grabbed Riddler and placed him in front of him, "Stand here."
"I remember what happenened to Captain Cold," Riddler said with a frown on his face.
"Grundy went to rehab but Grundy say no no no" Grundy did some awkward dance moves to the middle of the street.
"What the heck is wrong with him today?" Luthor shook head.
free) Luthor perplexes Grundy's move to 7.
1) Grundy moves to J-13
2) Riddler moves to Q10

Ok, in the e-mail you sent me, you never stated that Gnort was outwitting Toughness on Grundy. It just said an attack by the chipmunk and then the cop....

Oh, come on! Are you serious?
Isn't it obvious that I woulda outwitted toughness if I'm attacking with a figure that has 1 damage?
But you know what? If you want to to be all nitpicky because I forgot to mention that I was outwitting toughness in a dice roll, whatever. Do what you want dude.

Instead of arguing over the toughness, it's fine since I didn't declare it in the roll.
Grundy would be on 8/10. And I'll need to take the cop's SA away.
And G'nort will outwit super strength on Grundy.

This is why you need to declare it in the attack roll - which is why i always e-mail, "X outwitted" so there is no confusion. It is like saying "I will attack someone" but don't declare that PC is outwitted. It can be argued that if you miss you will outwit something else.
Everything has to be in the attack roll, even if its tons of sentences down.

Just like I put the +2 from CP or perplex or anything like that. This isn't game breaking for me, but for others it would be. I am just saying you need to put EVERYTHING in the attack rolls. From the rules, I could argue nothing is outwitted since it wasn't in the Attack Roll in the e-mail, I would have only taken 2 damage.
Turn 14 LoD
"Riddle me this," Riddler brought out his cane, taking a bomb from Luthor, "What is solid gold and flies? FORE!" Riddler used his cane as a golf club, aiming a bomb at the Lantern.
"I know what stinks," Luthor remarked drly, watching the ball sail over the lantern's head, "Your aim."
"Grundy crush!" Grundy headed over to the cop.
1) Riddler range on G'Nort. +2 range from CP, +1 damage. 7 vs. 17, roll is a 4,4 for a miss.
