Hey stepp, shouldn't katana get the AST for the OW? That would match up with league precedent, because when I have Spiral copy Supes Enemy from the Intergang Medic to give Spiral OW, I was told that Spiral is the one who gets the stats from OW, and the Medic gets nothing.

I think so. The person doing the Outwit gains the AST.
