2. EE on Witchy-Poo. 8 on 15, need 7 for 3. Roll: 2,4. FAIL!
Remember, according to the new rules, you cannot make ranged attacks in adjacency. So I'll consider this a missed "normal" attack. Besides, what the purpose of E.E. someone for 1 damage when you could do 3, right?
EDIT: Ah, now I get it! EE means Emerald Empress vs Witchblade, with a close combat attack... I thought it was Energy Explosion... You guys and those abbreviations kill me! Sorry about my misundertanding of what you meant.

1) Ka-Zar vs Hush, 9 vs 14. Rolls 3, 5 = 8 and hits for 2 damage. BCF are outwitted.

Free) Ben declares Clayface as his target. Shape Change roll is 2, so the attack can be made.
Free) Ben uses 1 CP token to increase his AV by +1
2) Ben shoots Clayface, 10 +1 (w/ 2000AD) +1 (w/ CP token) vs 17. Rolls 1, 4 = 5 and just barely hits for 2 after Toughness. Clayface loses Super Strenght and HO is dropped in J10.
1 SA to Ben and 1 AST to Johnny (because of his TA).
3) Hellbaby vs Harley Quinn, 8 +1 (w/2000AD) vs 11. Rolls 6, 6 = 12 (sorry for the injury, man...) and KOs her.
1 SA and 1 KO to Hellbaby.
4) Witchblade removes token due to Defiance BFC. Witchblade attacks Emerald Empress, 9 vs 15. Rolls 1, 6 = 7 for 2 after Toughness. 1 SA to Witchblade.

I didn't use the BFC, so when Hellbaby got that Critical Hit, I get to remove one token from a friendly character. I didn't do so, so if you allow me, I'll remove the token from Witchblade and use the 4th action from Leadership to attack with her.
Is it ok?

1) Johnny Alpha declares Clayface as his target, but the Clay Man rolls 6 for Shape Change, so Johnny decides to TK Abe to J13.
2) Abe declares Clayface as his target, but once again the Shape Change roll is a 6. So, Abe decides to push to attack Emerald Empress, 10 vs 15 (13 +2). Rolls 5, 2 = 7 for the KO. 1 SA and 1 KO to Abe, 1 AST to Johnny. Abe takes 1 pushing damage.
3) Ka-Zar vs Hush 9 vs 13. Rolls 6, 6 = 12 and KO's him (once again, sorry about the injury...)
1 SA and 1 KO to Ka-Zar and 1 pushing damage.
The Critical Hit activates Defiance and Hellbaby gets 1 token removed.
Free) Hellbaby copies Top Cow TA and pushes to Leap/Climb to P7 (coward...)
Free) Ben Perplexes Mano's Damage Value to a 2 (don't know why, though...)

Point of order, not that it changes the outcome here, but when a Perplexed character takes damage, the Perplex goes away, so Mano wouldn't still have the -1 DV from being Perplexed on the second attack.
