Canada's mailing fraud system is way better then USA's, that's why I'm not scared to get scammed here, cause everyone that has been scammed in Canada usually gets back their own items/Cash/Everything.
Well, it wasn't the mail fraud system that got him. It was the people being vigilant, and calling the local authorities. I think if enough people call the local authorities [of the person who is scamming you], I'm sure the authorities will eventually take notice and take action.
I run HeroClix tournaments at Shuffle and Cut in La Habra, California. The format of each tournament will be posted here.
I got ripped off by DRDUDE too I gave him Dr. Strange, Emperor Skrull, Iron Man and Elektra. He gave me the name "Franklin" when we set up the trade. After about 2 weeks of asking for a DC (he claims he was out of town on business) he finally gave me a DC that low and behold didn't work. He said that it must have been lost in the mail ... yeah right!
This is the info he gave me and where I sent the clix to:
"Franklin
6av brooklyn ny "
Is this the same address he's given other people? I say we fry this guy and get our clix back ... there is strength in numbers!
Man, I think several people calling the cops in his area is a TERRIFIC idea and will do some good. The more people who call (4-5 would be a great start) then that means this little Dung-Drop will be one step closer to JUSTICE.
Like Lightning.
Wow, based on the number of people who got scammed by this guy, I would totally call the local police. Thankfully there's tons of police stations in NY. However, it's probably best if people call the same station so they get a better idea of the situation.
I did a Google Map search on the address posted here, and I noticed that the nearest station is the Brooklyn 72nd Precinct. If you got scammed by this guy, try calling (718) 965-6311 for this precinct.
If his address doesn't fall in the jurisdiction of this precinct, please post the correct station and phone number so we can all get some consistency on which station to call.
As I stated several times...if we get enough people to call in, maybe we might be able to take action against this person. I'm no lawyer, and I don't know for sure if it'll work [as it worked for me in the past]...however I think this option is better than standing around watching this scammer go unpunished.

Hey guys here is a list of Apartments that are close by the address that he gave us, I wonder if we called some they would know which building that address comes from or maybe its close enough they know who it is.
Jessica Rodriguez (His real name is supposed to be Damien Rodriguez)
Ray Kochonies - Old person living in Apt 2
M. Steinmetz - Old lady living in Apt 3
and now Franklin ?
I would bet that Franklin is the last name of someone living is the same apt complex.
Hearing about how Lojo sent someone a dog turd in bubble wrap is still probably one of the most disgusting things I've ever heard. I hope that life is like a movie, because that means this tool will soon enough get his come-uppins.
