Now that Annelle has been rescued, the Avengers can just walk through the doors to unlock them. However if the Skrulls 'release' her from Tigra, they won't be able to again.

if the Skrulls can't open doors, what is the thought behind the Warskrull? Is he going to twiddle his thumbs? (he could shapeshift and twiddle dozens of thumbs...)
Pretty much, unless you go through that room to rescue Thor.
Well since he is guarding Thor's chamber, I will make one slight addendum to the rules- if any WCA enter Thor's cell, Warskrull will be allowed to break walls (but not doors).

I've redone the map for you guys with the locks included (used the blue special objects, plus some black and brown squares). Hopefully that's a bit clearer:

"Do not exert yourself, Princess Anelle," the synthezoid said with astounding tenderness. He remained in an immaterial state as two Skrull guards gave their all in attempting to attack him. Their blows passed through him as though he were a wraith.
Tigra hissed again, and the hair on her nape and back stood on end. She was about to attack with her free hand when the android grabbed her under both arms. Like a ghost, he rose above the guards and quickly floated into the next room. There, they saw Wonder Man, who was bound in some sort of metallic shackles, his head completely enveloped.
Princess Anelle regained consciousness surprisingly quickly, although she was still very weak. "Thank you for coming for me," she said. "My uncle did not dare execute me under those circumstances, but now... Now he could easily claim it was the Terrans who killed me. We need to be extremely careful."
She groaned softly as she accessed the controls of a computer terminal in Wonder Man's cell. Suddenly, all of the doors' locks in the cell block were deactivated. "Wait," she added, "I think I can..." A moment later, the energy was cut off to Wonder Man's shackles, too. Then Princess Anelle fell into a swoon, exhausted from her effort. Tigra caught her before the Princess could faint onto the floor.
- ('free' TA move) Vision grabs Tigra and uses Phasing/Teleport, moving to P22 and placing Tigra in O23.
- Hawkeye Fearlessly moves to Q18.
- Mantis Fearlessly leaps to U19.
- Wasp attacks the V Agent (in N19) > Skrull TA roll: 2 > 9 vs 15 > roll: 6+4=10 HIT. V Skrull Agent takes 1 damage.
- ('free') Ant-Man uses Perplex to decrease the Attack value of the V Warrior (in Q20).

( I'm presuming Vision may carry Tigra, even though Tigra has captured Anelle???... i looked through the rules on the Capture ability and searched the errata (the so-called handbook, too), but found nothing...
also, since the Princess has now opened all the doors, i would be in favor of allowing the Skrull guards free movement (even though it might mean i could more likely lose this match.... it just seems to make more story sense... what do you think, fellas? )
Actually, Tigra has to carry Anelle (although for story purposes you could make out that Vision is carrying her).
And no....the doorways still aren't open until an Avengers walks through them. So while for story purposes it's fine to say that the Anelle unlocked all the doors, for combat and movement purposes, they can't be moved through until an Avenger goes through them.
For that matter...if a Skrull were to attack Tigra and therefore 'release' Anelle, you'd no longer have free access to the doorways- so any that you hadn't been through already would remain locked, unless you either attack them or recapture Anelle

(i'm assuming two things: that Vison carrying Tigra carrying Annelle is legal and that Ant-Man's perplex is according to his moves rather the his recap.)

The Avengers continued their rapid assault. Black Panther struck a fierce punch to a Skrull guard, knocking him out, while Moon Knight, Ant-Man and the wonderful Wasp all surrounded another guard. This guard was a far cry from the fearsome Skrull soldiers that had defeated Thor and Captain America. He became so unnerved by the fact that he was surrounded by super-powered humans that he attempted to flee. He tried to whirl and turn but tripped and nearly skewered hiumself on the butt of his energy weapon.
In the next holding cell, Tigra uttered another screech. She slashed at the latticework of tethers holding Wonder Man imprisoned. Thanks to Anelle, they had been deactivated. Tigra grabbed Wonder Man in one strong, feline arm, and held tight to Anelle in the other.
- Black Panther attacks the V Skrull Warrior (in Q20) > Skrull TA roll: 5 > 9 vs 13 > roll: 3+1=4 HIT (whew!) V Skrull Warrior takes 2 damage and is KOd.
- Moon Knight moves to O20.
- Tigra uses a Power Action to free Wonder Man > 10 vs 14 > roll: 6+1=7 SUCCESS.
- Ant-Man leaps to M20, where he uses Perplex to decrease the Attack value of the V Skrull Agent (in N19).

( the V Agent (in N19) is down to 2/4 health owing to the critical miss in your turn 3b, right? i adjusted him accordingly; i just want to make sure, as that will be important (i hope... )
also, something seems to be amiss with Peers' HCUtils program; none of our previous maps seem to load... i hope that's not a problem for you... )
as i can't bring reinfortments and pushing that poor Agent would be pointless, the Skrulls clear.

"We have no time for this," muttered Moon Knight, half to himself. He rushed forward and struck the Skrull guard in his path with such force that the guard flew backwards against the wall in the detention area. It didn't matter: the guard was inconscious before he impacted the wall.
"Hurry, Jan," exhorted Ant-Man. The Waspo nodded and grabbed Black Panther. She flew as fast as she could into the next cell. There they found the Scarlet Witch, bound like the others in some power-sapping, coma-inducing apparatus.
A strange hush fell over the corridor. For the moment, the Avengers could see no other guards and they heard none approaching, either. Hawkeye ran ahead, his head turning from side to side. He was at least as eager to exact revenge upon the Skrulls as he was to find Mockingbird.
- Moon Knight pushes (with Willpower) and attacks the V Skrull Agent (in N19) > Skrull TA roll: 1 > 9 vs 13 > roll: 2+2=4 HIT. V Skrull Agent takes 2 damage and is KOd.
- Ant-Man uses Perplex to increase Wasp Speed.
- Wasp grabs Black Panther and flies to J22, placing Black Panther in K23.
- ('free' TA move) Vision grabs Tigra and flies to O16, placing Tigra (and the captives) in N17.
- Hawkeye moves to J18.
- Mantis moves to U12.

( man, i almost forgot the -2 to Speed when using the Carry ability... you have to make sure i don't cheat inadvertently, Sable...
in any other game, i'd be sobbing with such horrible attack rolls (rolled 4 twice in a row) but here, they were just enough... )

I miss the days when I could make it so I only ever needed a 6 to hit. Defenses these days are really getting stupid. Why so many ridiculous 18s??? Ugh.
I tend to have shocking luck with the dice, so even rolling a 7 can be a struggle at times. But in recents sets it seems like 8s or 9s are needed most of the time, which is just frustrating.
