Yeah, thats an average amount of epics per box. I don't know why Kid Nice seems disappointed though...

lol... A case is comprised of about 12 booster boxes i think...or i forget how many...6-12 i think...ahhh my brain...can't remember

yea a case is night for nearly or fully completing a set...that's if you can afford it...but most people split cases with their teams to either test draft...wish i was on a team to do that

I opened 12 boosters, and pulled a Dwarven Hand Cannon, a Chromie, and a loot version Thunderhead Hippogryph. Needless to say, I'm very happy.

went back and picked up what remained of the other box from the local shop (19 packs). got both the epics in it: Kaal Soulreaper, and Teebu's Blazing piece of #### sword. Also scored a fair amount of warrior cards, and a wilba (woots!)

A case is 12 booster boxes. I sold a bunch of old Mechwarrior figures to help offset the cost of such a large purchase.

Well, We just got our cards last night. I opened two starters and three boosters. I pulled two epics, Destiny and Spirit Healer! Huzzah!

I received the Warrrax and Elendril starter sets. I am a little discouraged that after $60 worth of cards, including two starters, it is a little tough to actually put together two "playable" decks of 60 cards. I guess I can have my one "good deck" to play with, and make smaller fun decks to play casually, until I get more cards.

So happy this is out...I hope this brings us all back to the table!

I like the suggestion in one of the articles that you buy 2 starters of the same type and you have a playable deck.

I used to do it all the time. I'll just go out and pick two starters of the same class...oh, wait, that's IMPOSSIBLE!

Fastred , I HATE the ratios. I know it's a big set but I think Marvel Origins was a big set too and I liked the packs for the Origins sets in Vs. alot better. After two boxes and two starters I was able to put together a mediocre Priest deck and a mediocre Paladin deck. If I wanted to do a Mage or anything else for that matter I only have very few class stamped cards. Uncommons are trading at a premium at my store , with The Missing Diplomat and Golem Skull Helm being coveted like Epics , Ugh.
