Um, you do realize that the giants did not get a rules "boost" right?
Their rules changed, yes, but they changed for the worse.
The ability to carry a figure is insignificant when they lost the ability to tie people up from two squares away and lost all of their adjacency stuff. My grounded giant immediately next to your elevated Green Arrow will not prevent him from making ranged attacks, for example.
yea im a giant user, thats why i complain!!

Dr. Strange’s Wand of Watoomb is clarified that if Brilliant Tactician is used, the roll must be made for each target character. This is something that probably can/should become a more generalized rule and it might change to that before publicat
Yeah, nbperb is entirely wrong, you're only using perplex once... so regardless of what he says, I'm still going to just keep rolling once. Pretty sure the rest of us on this thread came to a good solid conclusion and reasoning why you only roll once, so that's what I will go by.

A ground giant next to an opposing elevated character still will prevent that character from making a ranged attack. They are still adjacent to each other.

No, they're not adjacent. Giants can make close combat attacks against characters who are elevated and within two squares of the giant, but it does not change their adjacency status. Giants block of line of fire normally when a character is making a ranged combat attack from elevated terrain, but it does not stop the character from making a ranged combat attack.
She'd need to cancel her Stealth in order to do so.
In order to use Probability Control/Perplex on oneself, a character needs to have a clear line of fire to himself/herself; if said character occupies hindering terrain and possesses Stealth, the line of fire would be blocked, so you'd need to cancel Stealth to use PC/Perplex.
Never heard of this, never had to do it in any of my games.

Correct. Giants are only adjacent at their own elevation and only one square away. All of the non-standard interactions that they have are simply allowances, but they never change adjacency.

That's right. It doesnt matter if the people who make the rules say one thing. We'll do the other. What do they know? The rest of us players know exactly what the Wizkids people intent was better then they do. Who are they to tell us how to play?
Seriously tho, I understand the logic on both sides. I might enven agree we you but here's the thing, they make the rules. Not us. Sure we can change them with house rules and such but come world tournament time, it's their rules that matter.
