1) Outwit works against special powers, right?
2) Outwit 10 range can be modifique with perplex?

1) Yes, and one use of outwit cancels the entire power (ie. if a special power grants multiple powers you don't need to outwit each one seperately)

2) No. The only thing that can modify the "range" of powers such as outwit, perplex and PC are BFC's.

Melkor is correct. If Batman gets within range of Darkseid, he can outwit both his Perplex and Outwit in one stroke. Same with all of his eyebeam powers.

2) Luthor will RS to D-7 and open fire on the Martian. An 11 to a 16. 3,2=5 for barely a hit for 5 as the fire and Luthor's concussive blasts bring him to his knees.


3) HA!HA!HA!HA! The evil laughter ran through the battlfield. Then young Firstorm saw that he really should have gone with the main group... The Joker will Charge to S-15 and shake Firestorm hand with his electric joybuzzer. A 10 to a 13. 1,3=4 as he lights him up like a roman candle. "Thus even youth must learn to serve Darkseid!" the Dark God's voice rang out.

4) Free Penquin will perple up Darkseid's Movement by 1

5) "Let my Robots and Parademons deal with these." Darkseid will pick up the Penquin and move to B-6, dropping off the Penquin at C-5.

6) Free With Luthor bolstering him Brainiac is able to pull himself to gether somwhat. He will shoot Samuria with a freeze ray that will hold him in place. Otherwise known as He will use the Superman Enemy TA to Outwit Samuria's TK.
