Damn! N'astirh has got to be the luckiest demon in all of Limbo. Who would have thought that a 16 def could protect you like that!

Inferno: Turn 6

His corporeal form fatally compromised by Lyja's brutal assault, the Nastirhian demon croaks a final cry of pain and agony before its essence is pulled back to Limbo through one of the countless infernal gates scattered across the city. Inferno deals 1 damage to the demon, KO'ing it!

1) "I believe Lord N'astirh stated that he had no time for creatures as pitiful as you!" Goblin Queen laughs scornfully, calling down a blast of magical lightning on Siri. Skrull roll for Elektra is: 1, no-one is fooled. 9 atk. vs 14 def. Needs a 5. Roll is: (1,1) for a 2 and a critical miss! Goblin Queen takes 1 and screams in pain when her spell backfires, scourging her own body badly!

2) "You will not escape me, my Queen has commanded your death, do NOT defy her!" Meggan howls, giving chase. Meggan charges to L10, picking up an LO on the way that she tries to bring down on Yellowjacket. Shape Change for Yellowjacket is: 1 (that makes 4 ones in a row...). Skrull roll for Yellowjacket: 5. 8 atk. vs 16 def. Needs an 8. Roll is: (3,3) for a 6 and a miss!

Turning his device unto Meggan, Criti takes away Meggan's ability to aptly hold her form, making it easier to harm her.

Lashing out with the weapon, Meggan defied it, fighting back, as the device had no effect.

Very Nice! I used to run an Inferno team here and there in tourneys. N'astirh and Goblin Princess being a couple of my favorite all-time pieces. Ol' Nasty even went (literally) toe to toe with Ultimate Thor...and won!

Goblin Queen is another piece I love to use.

Now if we could just get a Belasco and a S'ym for more Limbo goodness.

Yeah, I'm finding they're pretty freaking formidable.

Litteraly burning with fury, Goblin Queen unleashes another blast of magical force towards Siri. Skrull roll for Elektra is: 2. 8 atk. vs 14 def. Needs a 6. Roll is: (3,2) for a 5 and another miss! Goblin Queen takes 1 from the push!

2) "ENOUGH!" N'astirh growls, clearly most displeased with his Queen. Skrull roll for Elektra is: 3. 11 atk. vs 14 (+2 from combat reflexes). Needs a 5. Roll is: (6,2) for an 8 and a hit! Elektra takes 4 and is obliterated!

With a hoarse roar N'astirh calls upon his full might and brings all the magical power of Limbo down upon poor Siri. All the training of the Hand or shape-shifting powers of the Skrull race does her little good in the face of such a terrifying onslaught, and when the smoke finally clears nothing but boiling water and vapor remains where the Skrull once stood.

free) Meggan steels herself for defense and conjures up an otherwordly armour of spiked, spell-forged steel to shield herself. Meggan perplexes her own defense up.

Yeah Lyja never died just faded away into comic limbo until tehy brought her back for this incredibly out of character moment(which fits with some of the stupidness of SI like teh whole ship of Skrulls in the Savage Land)

N'astirh draws upon his immense magical powers yet again to unleash another cataclysmic blast. Skrull roll for Sue is: 3. Shape Change roll for Yellowjacket: 5 and he finally gets it!
N'astirh will just focus all of his rage on Sue then. 11 atk. vs 16 def. Needs a 5. Roll is: (1,4) for a 5 and just barely a hit (once agan, thank you 11 atk!)! Lyja takes 4 and N'astirh takes 1 from the push.

Arcs of magical lightning wracks Lyja's body with unbearable agony magnified even further by the hideous laughter of the Demon Lord ringing in her ears and mind as he draws pleasure and strength from her suffering!
