How did Rasputin get to that spot? he only has a 6 movement and he would have had to stop in the hindering terrain?

You can move thru allies with no penalty, so he went from W-6 to V-7, U-8, T-9, T-10, then diagonal to U-11. The diagonal btw blocking and hindering counts as clear for movement, so he actually could have kept going if he wanted to.

edit: I also want to say that that last barrier placement was friggin excellent. you are REALLY making me work to find viable shots here. my brain hurts.

"And now," Cheetah does a couple of flips and lands in front of Jinx, "For the finishing move...." and kicks Jinx in the head which puts her down for good.
