Even if the authorities did arrest him the people scammed would have to come out of pocket to travel to Michigan. There's no guarantee that after traveling his attorney simply asks for a continuous. It's a legal tactic that's in my opinion unethical but used often. If a cop is in the reserves for instance a smart lawyer will continue as me of his traffic citations for the month he's gone or if a witness travels simply say he needs more time. It happens in credit card fraud all the time. Store employee gets sick of losing time from work, getting a babysitter, whatever and simply forgets to show up. Someone has to show up in court and say they mailed the heroclix. It sux but that's probably one reason nothing happens to these losers. It's extremely petty of them.

OMG, I just saw this as I tried messaging here cause I worked out A deal last week and sent her a Legacy Oracle, JL Batman SR and ULT Mr. Sinister for Kilowog, Superman Prime, Black Cat and Multiple Man. I cant believed I just got ripped... - i'm so mad right now. I loved that Mr. Sinister and Oracle but figured for A kilowog and Prime, I couldnt pass on it...

i thought about it, yeah im kinda dumb for doing it but can you blame me for being pissed? she (or he or whatever) said the multiple man was glued and the superman primes paintjob was messed up and it was a spare. I understand it was A little too good to be true but also Oracle and Mr. Sinister are good figures and sort of hard to find.

I don't think you are dumb at all, I wasn't saying that. I hate seeing this happen to people on site that I've been so successful at trading on and have never been given a reason to not trust anyone. It sucks to see new people get ripped. I just also hope that people will also take a step back for a minute when seeing a deal that seems to good to be true. If you really do go to k-zoo I hope you go to the police station and not the person's house. Going to their house gives them every reason in the world to have you arrested.

Oh yes I know, I'm not gonna be threatening or violent about this. Im trying to gather up EVERY piece of information on the guy first and in A few weeks go to the police station there and hopefully something can come of it

When I Agreed to the trade, I did not see any negative rep on Nerds Itrader though... - I looked back at it A day before I sent and then saw only one negative saying that one of the clix was not in there. I didnt think it was the biggest deal. I didnt think about looking at dates or anything though... I just didnt notice

The thing is though that the iTrader summary on top sums up the activity in the last year or so. The fact that the negative rating did not show up in that summary, despite being the third (or so) most recent feedback, is what set off my warning bells initially.

But hey, it was easy to miss. And you were not alone in missing it.
