Did anybody notice that when my question was answered we didn't get a " because he wasn't that bad of a guy" or "He was a really nice and courteous person and nobody really understands him" but we get "sorry, we aren't violent or aggressive people". Does anybody else get that even they didn't have nice things to say about Tuttle? I apologize for the Tuttle hate, but there are only 2 people that I truly despise and that is Tuttle and Lucas Little. Again, I apologize.
I would also like to add this.....I never meant for my "question" to be read, I was just being my normal assclown self. But I was laughing so hard when I read my question on the interview that I woke my wife up. I appreciate the answer and am really glad the guys didn't do anything immoral or anything to land themselves a felony. The "right" and mature answer was given and that's what counts.

It's all good man. Jason had the option to skip that question, but he chose not to. Don't sweat it. Seriously, it's all good.
That being said, there seems to be a lot of Tuttle rumbling still going around (which probably won't die down for a long time). I wasn't planning on releasing this, but perhaps this will put some things to rest:
---- The Le: Did you have good relationships with your Wizkids coworkers?
Mark Tuttle: Mostly, yes. I do have the distinction of being the guy who "upset the apple cart" as it were when I came in. Change always leads to friction because most people resist being asked to do things a different way. But at the end of the day, we all got along pretty well and it was a terrific place to work.

I am still early in the Tuttle interview process, and will not be asking the public for questions this time. When the interview is complete I hope to have a joint HCRealms / HeroClix World crossover event, just like we did for the BroMag interview -- I am very pleased with the result of this crossover so far.
Let me take this opportunity to thank Brother Magneto for taking out a few weeks to do the interview with me, and especially thank Typhon for allowing this crossover even happen (it works in comics, so why can't it work for the web?).
Hey, does anyone have a picture of this mysterious Convention Dropship? For the life of me, I can't seem to find a solid image of it...
I really, really, really wish there was a real-life situation where I could tell a large group of people, "YOU ARE NO LONGER ALLOWED TO SPEAK THE WORDS TO LIONEL RICHIE'S SONG, HELLO, AS YOU ARE INTIMIDATING PEOPLE."
The questionsa about quality control issues brings back so many memories that I haven't thought about in some time. BroMags and I spent many hours on AIM discussing ideas or just him needing somewhere to vent (usually after an error was caught). He really was (and sounds like still is) passionate about the game, the community, and the job he did. Good times, good times...
Thanks for the memories Jason!
There are 542,000 children in foster care. Talk to your local foster and adoptive agency. You could change a life.

Karl, remember the rumbling ref Dark Phoenix or Jean Grey Phoenix not having HSS? I'll bet that was a time when BroMags needed to vent.

Very wise idea not to include the public on that. It would probably bring down the quality of the interview with the mostly negative questions that you would receive.

Heh, I cracked that story (I couldn't believe I had mine two days after I ordered it). I didn't care the dial wasn't what we were told. I just figured I'd better get the info out there.
Catering to the lowest common denominator since Feb 2003.
Great interveiw, however do you have any with the new face heroclix planned? Are you breaking ground or collecting rubble? Don't get me wrong I just want to hear about new stuff.
Check out Al's Clix Cave. I didn't make this site and get nothing for putting this in my sig. This site is JUST THAT GOOD.
Heh. There were times I'd ask him "been on the forums yet to today?", to which the response was often "*sigh* What got screwed up this time?"
I did not envy BroMags in that position.
Oh God, I remember those times. I'd cringe a little inside...
Thanks everyone for the very kind words. The interview was a lot of fun to do. I really meant what I said: part of what made (and will continue to make) this game absolutely unbelievably awesome is the community around it - you guys - and I consider myself lucky to be part of your (our) number.
I do want to clarify my comment about Mark in my pacifist reply: I realized it was just a snarky question but as a PR guy I have to field those from time to time and just take it in stride, so I tried to give a factual (I am a pacifist, it's true) and somewhat funny answer. But I do want to set the record straight: Mark is, despite coming across brisk online or whatever specific comms choices he made, a good person, a caring father and someone I would consider a friend. All joking aside, I feel that he does continue to take the blame for some decisions that he didn't make and was forced to clean up, or simply forced on him, and unfortunately I think the lack of communication and context around those decisions made things appear far worse.
Anyway, end soapbox. If anyone has any follow up questions to those in the interview, let me know!
