It doesn't necessarily mean there are going to be "white lanterns" it said harness he power of the white light, so probably all of the corps are going to have to join together with the green lanterns in order to defeat the black lanterns. This will probably lead to there having to be some sort of order in the universe as to what purpose each corps serves. While the guardians wanted only there to be the green lanterns, I think that after blackest night, we will continue to see all of the lanterns around in some fashion, and not necessarily all fighting each other.
When exactly did Native Americans get pushed into the negative universe? I don't recall that being in my history books.
Ah but, history is often written by the victors and not the victims. Yes, Virginia not only is there a Santa Claus but, a Negative Zone filled with terrible creatures waiting to feed on those who wind up on Santa's carp list!
Superman: "One of these days, Lois....POW!!! Right to the Marvel Universe!"

So, you're saying Native American's are Terrible Creatures that Santa dislikes?
And, History is writen by the victors, unless you're the 1st Emperior of France, then you write it even if you lost.
well I don't have it yet but I'm looking forward to reading BN #3 with the way you guys are describing it. I also appreciate that some things are being explained (and from the sound of it, actually make sense).

And another thing... how does MaxFortune lad get online since he must be located there? AOL isn't that desperate for members. Well, not yet.

it also makes sense of the Oath that Sodom says in Lo3w
Final Crisis Escape #5 - Note to DC: Please, please please stop re-imagining Buddy Blank/OMAC every 30 seconds. Either use the original concept or leave it alone. This is how many different OMACs in the last 5 years. Enough already. That aside, this all had better make sense next issue.
JSA vs. Kobra #4 Kobra ups the ante with even more suicide bombings while going after his real target- the Rock of Eternity. The JSA barely stop him, but he escapes and now it's looks like it will be the team's turn to strike first.
Batman & Robin #4 The Red Hood and Scarlett launch their own "war on Crime" of a decidedly more lethal nature, bringing them into conflict with the dynamic duo. They are an interesting counterpoint to Dick and Damien. We're still not sure who the Hood is, but more than one suspect appears in the book.
Wednesday Comics #11 What's more cool than Hawkman vs. the T-Rex? Hawkman and Aquaman vs. the T-Rex! Metamorpho's not dead, Iris West may be and Boston Brand definitely is. One week left.

Or they could all just become Green Lanterns in the end.
Currently, there are a LOT of GL rings sitting on Mogo, unused... if Green+Other Color > Black, then suddenly there might be a lot of deputizing going on.
And I got the comics today. I'm quite cheesed off at Johns killing off minor characters that I happen to like a great deal. (Gen being the latest casualty. Darn you all to heck!)

So who has died so far? Hawkman, Hawkgirl, Gen, Tempest (or is it Aqualad?), Hawk II... are those the only important characters, or have the Black Lanterns killed any others?
If this really is it so far, then I both hate the token crossover deaths and am impressed that the death toll is still so low. Each one of those deaths was given much attention, not just a one-panel background death (like, say, many deaths during COIE or Infinite Crisis).

Yeah, that's kinda where I'm at right now. He was Aqualad, now he's Tempest.
