Ooooh. Great suggestions here. I especially like three of the suggestions:

1. Steel Phoenix and the Crane Sisters
Except for the most recent solo version of Iron Fist himself, Heroclix has thus far been unable to take advantage of any of the new and expanded characters in the Immortal Iron Fist titles. We need more. Davos and the Sisters would be a good start.

2. Dormammu and the Mindless Ones
Naturally, this would be great stuff. Any Mindless Ones fans reading Nova? He just had an encounter with some of them who had been mildly mutated into sentience and formed a criminal gang called the Black Hole Sons, with their leader called the Minded One. I could go for that as a variation of the Mindless Ones minion possibility.

3. Dracula and Vampire Lackies
The only good thing about Heroclix having never made the star of the long-running Tomb of Dracula comic is that now, with the minions mechanic available for those who serve him, he can be done right.

4. Professor Pyg and his Dollytrons
One thing I miss about Horrorclix is the evil joy of playing absolutely creepy teams of figures against your friends. Pyg and his Dollytrons could bring back the joy.

5. Le Bossu and his Gargoyles
He doesn't have to be a lot of points or be the most competitive piece, but I would like to see him and his henchmen made.

6. Gloriana Tenebrae and her Sheeda
I always thought a Sheeda Swarm (remember them from Seven Soldiers?) piece would make a good generic.

7. The White Wolf and the Hatut Zeraze
Gotta stay true to your school.

Either Easy Company or the Parademons

Especially the Paras because they are so weak relative to generics now you wonder why Darkseid is considered a threat!

Parademons and Easy Company are key.
With so many cool new ideas being implemented, many remakes are in order!

My #1 want is vampire lackeys.

Don't forget - they could just make the generics in new sets and their minion power could just say "If Darkseid is on the board they gain whatever" and Darkseid wouldn't even need a remake. So they wouldn't have to take up multiple spots for it to work in the set. They could just come out with the minion.

I don't see named characters (like Darkseid) when you can use keywords like "New Gods" and "Apokolips" and "Diety". That way DeSaad and Granny Goodness can use some minions (as they should) as well.

Granted all the New Gods (that are gods) need the "diety" keyword ASAP!

FYI Mr. Miracle gave up his "godood". Barda and Lashina are more uber-minions than true gods of Apokolips. But I wouldn't argue if these three got the "diety" keyword as well.

I wonder if they will retrofit characters that were recently made to work with minion powers, such as elektra and the hand? Maybe on an errata and clarifications document?

The minion mechanic could be really cool used with people who have slightly odd powers like the Cuckoos (not that they need much changing) and Multiple man. Just another way of showing it!
