The speculation is over it won't be John, Sodam or anyone else. It's another Hal. Crisis Hal came in at 157 points of kickass and the Starro version was a very usable 90 points.
What would you like out of this version? 200 point monster another 150ish point version which would be quite similar to crisis or maybe a nice round 100 pt hal?
Im guessing in the 120 point range, something similar to crisis but with less clix and a weaker SP
Personally I do not care about the point value as long as his dial is playable. Cool sculpts unfortuantely do not always mean good dials. So all I hope for is a combat ready dial!!!!

Perhaps, but within the bounds of 'clix it cost Nico 84 points and a 15 defense. So, unless you want a Hal with 15 defense and very few other powers, expect to pay a millions billions points for him. At least.

Not hating on Hal, I love Hal, his new sculpt melts faces, but he's got a very usable 90 and 120 pointer out of Slaves of Starro and a 157 point terror in Crisis. That's 3 nice, recent versions, and only 1 of them is hard to acquire at all.
I wish they would give all green lanterns a trait were they can use barrier as a free action once per. turn Or make it an alternative team ability giving all Green lanterns the use of barrier once per turn as a free action.
Ugh, no. I get where you're coming from, and that's cool and all but it would be ridiculously broken. My lanterns shoot you on their turn, then each put up a barrier so that you can't even see them, much less shoot back. ALL GAME LONG! Accurate, perhaps, but very unbalanced.
Indomitable, a few more clix of running shot..those two are a must.....built in barrier or a s/p that allows it without sacrificing a damage reducer.....and a combo of perplex and close combat expert. That's what I'm hoping for anyway.
He NEEDS indomitable or a trait that gives him willpower!! That is the MAIN thing he needs.
I'd like to see him with 2 or 3 clix of running shot (I hate that the one in Crisis only has 1 click).

Some special powers that are incredibly creative and reflect a Green Lantern. Maybe something like Nico Minoru's powers from HoT where the ring can use ANY power in the PAC once per turn.
Id say not everypower.. maybe have a list... like BCF, EE, RCE, Perplex.. something like that
Yeah but that's kind of her thing. The Staff of One lets her cast pretty much any spell she can think of... but only once. So she literally could have every power just by saying it or something like it.
And a Green Lantern ring can do a lot of the powers listed on the PAC as well.
Faster than Light travel = HSS
Phasing Teleportation
Turning invisible
changing matter into different forms
creating different chemical compounds (Kryptonite radiation = Exploit Weakness)
Super Strength (exosuits to pick up heavy things or even constructs that can move planets)
Barriers
Ranged combat
close combat
I mean the list goes on. I can give you exact circumstances from the 50 years of Hal, Guy, John and Kyle (not to mention other alien GLs) that each Power from the Powers and Abilities card was used by a ring.
It's not that far fetched at all.

I'm not looking for anything over 150 points. I imagine with that sculpt we can get a Hal who's a little more up-close and personal. Again, that's just the idea the sculpt gives me.
We've seen sculpts with guns and 0 range, I know.
While the GLs in heroclix form are lacking a great many things, they have range and ranged powers in spades. Let's see Hal use the big fist construct to crack some heads. If anything it would be at least different from his last 2 very playable incarnations.
I want to see him go through different ring colors like the RGB lantern Hal i think that would be really fun to play. I imagine red hal would have Charge/Flurry blue hal would have Prob perplex TK enhancement maybe support and green hal should be standard GL powers.
OK, upon thinking about it, I have changed my mind about one thing.
The one thing I have encountered while playing with Green Lanterns in game is that MOST of them are tailored toward a ranged combat strategum. They are not exactly terrible at close range, but with the majority of them relying on EDS or a low defense they can't really compete up close to most close combat and stealthed figures.
What I would like to see is Hal Jordan have a power that allows him to SEE stealthed characters DUE to the fact that he LIGHTS UP the darkness.
(for an example see all the times he has ticked Batman off by lighting him up in the shadows recently in the comics).
At least in that way, we'll have ONE Green Lantern that can hit a stealthed character from range.

Looks like a golden age costume, so I would expect a character around 100 points, maybe less. Indomitable, toughness, barrier. Maybe a couple of running shots. Actually, Captain America with Indom would be fine with me for Hal.
