Well, Iplayed Warriors Three with Malekith in a HoT game, had him hiding behind the guys, and mind controlling whoever he could hit, all of a sudden Vollstagg was charged by an enemy Hogun, who Malekith promptly mind controlled immediately securing that Hogun and my own Warriors Three +4 in AV, so I quickly smashed up everything around me
A novel idea, however the Warriors Three trait is still subject to the rule of 3, capping out at +3.
You got the first strike.....but there are 3 of them. OK, I'm even more curious now.
Slade and Lysaa are 228 pts already............was it a 300 pt game? What was the rest of your team?
Can you remember anything else about this game cause I can't even figure out how it could have happened.
He took out most of the Justice League single handedly, within seconds. The Warriors Three would've been next to nothing to handle. *Look Volstagg, food!*

Deathstroke next turns his attention on the powerful sorceress, Zatanna, by punching her in the liver before she can cast a spell (Zatanna needs to speak her spells out loud – and backwards – for them to work). Her mouth fills with vomit.
Hawkman comes in for an attack, but Deathstroke quickly detaches Hawkman from his winged harness.
He then moves on to Green Arrow, who fires an arrow that Deathstroke blocks. Deathstroke then swings his sword at Arrow, who dodges it, but then realizes Deathstroke was not aiming at him, but at his arrows – he has cut off the tails of all his arrows, effectively rendering them useless!
Deathstroke continues on to Black Canary, who is about to unleash a sonic cry, but Deathstroke cuts her off with an airtight rubber mask (he also snaps handcuffs on her arms).
He next scans the field of battle for the Atom, and using his keen eyesight, sees the microscopic hero and uses the electrons from a laser pen to disorient the Atom, forcing him to grow to regular size, just in time to collide with Hawkman, who was attempting a ground attack now that he was wingless.
Green Lantern attacks next, choosing to punch Deathstroke for some reason. After breaking his knuckles, Deathstroke then uses his powerful willpower to attempt to take control of Lantern's ring.
On a side note, I hate it when they do that. Last Tuesday, Slade couldn't take down the Teeny Bopper Titans. Today, he's toasting the town.
Heroclix is a strategy game with comic book characters where you can shoot sheep guns and quip with Spider-man and Deadpool. It is played by some of the nicest, most giving people on the planet. That is why I play Heroclix.
I may have misunderstood your point but this is the only point I would disagree on.

I believe it was in Fantastic Forces where a dial design change was started for bricks. Prior we did have some upswings, like Hulk and Wonderman - but in FF we got mid and end-dial Charge appearing.
This also started to chip away at the dominance of range since even blasting a brick or close-combat specialist wouldn't necessarily remove their mobility.
The map of choice, for me, when range is an issue is the Avengers Tank map. Allowing you to shorten the field with basically 0 threat of reprisal makes this a very aggressive map to play on. And if you use Giants (and I do) there is nothing better than not being able to be shot and then Charging over the Tanks to hit someone for 5-6 clicks of damage.
Visible Dials and Pushing Damage need to be optional. This is the way.

This is completely impossible for three reasons:
1. First off, as someone else mentioned, there is that little restiriction called the "Rule of 3" which limits boosting any value past +3.
2. The white power "Warriors Three" gives you a +1 to the attack value for each other friendly character on the map that has the Warriors Three keyword, not EACH character. Big difference. You don't get a +1 all by yourself, for yourself. If you were running all of the Warriors Three, they would each get a +2 to their attack, not a +3. You need more than one Warriors Three-keyworded character to get any bonus.
3. When you mind-control any character, you need to complete that mind-control action before doing any other actions, free or otherwise. So you couldn't mind control an additional Warriors Three character and then just "hold on to them" while your other characters each attacked with an additional +1 to their attack value. The mind-controlled Hogun would have received a +3 to his attack value for one attack, at the end of which he would have reverted to the status of an opposing character. No other characters on your team would have benefitted from a +3 to their attack value.
Hope this clears things up for you for future play.
