So your avatar and your motto above it, and your name:
So, yes, who is really that awesome? Wade Wilson or Jack Bauer?
Could you imagine Department H and the Weapon X program creating a Deadpool and Jack Bauer hybrid? Man o man! The world would be in trouble, and Chuck Norris would be hiding under this bed.
When the boogey man goes to bed, he peeks under his bed to see if Chuck Norris is underneath it. When Chuck Norris goes to bed, he peeks under it to see if Jack Bauer is hiding underneath it.
I just went out and ate some pizza. I am so glad I found this thread.
And the customer service was pretty good.

Speaking of customer service, I've recently been reorganizing my heroclix collection so that EVERYTHING gets stored in a nice box. I've been using the Plano boxes, but I needed more of them, so I ran out to some local stores and bought everyone out (still don't have enough, must get MORE MORE MORE!)
When I get home, I notice that the boxes I bought at Walmart are missing the dividers that are supposed to be inside. Walmart is completely unhelpful in this, so I go to the Plano website and ask if I can buy some dividers from them.
They just sent them to me, free of charge.
I didn't expect them to make up for someone pinching the dividers out of Walmart's stock. That's over and above the call of duty as far as I'm concerned, but they bought themselves some brand loyalty.

Another reason I love Plano! They rock, and I swear by their products!

I clap when the Punisher just shoots anyone. Violence is never not the answer! He's my second favorite hero, behind Iron Man of course. I own the original mini series, the first series, War Zone, War Journal, and 2099, all issues. And I own most of all of the series after those.
I do agree with the fact that the concept of customer service has been in a decline for a while now. However, what DaeRave said about the customers' sense of entitlement is most certainly why the majority of society feels this way. I work as a Manager for the largest retail company in the world. I have done so for the past 13 years. I know customer service. I also know that the concept of "The Customer is Always Right" is outdated and antiquated. There are shades of grey to everything and though the person providing the customer service should do everything within their power to help or serve the customer, there is also an equal give and take relationship here where the customer shouldn't act like everything is OWED to them and therefore treat the employee like less than human. I will bend over backwards for somebody that is pleasant to deal with and presents their case to me in a logical and civil fashion. If you come into my store yelling, throwing a fit, and cussing at my employees? I will kick you out of my store faster than you can say the name you're calling me. There is more to say, but I don't want to be too long winded.

I'm right with you! I don't like the entitlement mentality. A company owes me nothing... unless I pay for it, and then I should get exactly what I pay for. Unfortunately, you are also correct on the steady decline of customer service. When I go to a store, I treat the person like I wanted to be treated... but at so many places now, the younger generation are just obnoxious and lack any social or customer service skills. It has pushed me into giving them a piece of my mind a few times.
I'm sorry.. if I'm at the counter, and moron is texting or talking on the cell phone, I'll tell them to get the #### off the phone and do his job. I'm as blunt in real life as I am on the Realms.

Does this mean that you've stopped ignoring my posts? Am I officially off the $#!T list now?
