His attack values are incredibly consistent. All those 10s!
He's extremely mobile. A free move action to get into elevated terrain is very useful even without an attack - during this move he can carry or grab an object. Even if he was already standing on eleveated this could be useful - go grab a Meteorite and then attack with it later on your turn.
The multibase will make placement much more difficult, but that's really the only downside to this dial.

I agree. He's awesome... except for the multibase. He is very comic accurate, especially for a Rookie... but his attack values should dip just a bit more, being a rookie and all.
I dont know why but I just dont like this dial. I could see ways it could be playable. I just dont like the dial all in all, could of been better IMHO.

being more of a DC fan. i haven't seen much yet to make me buy this set yet. deadpool & wolverine look cool. but no dials yet so who know what they look like?
You also could give him a power action, hop away with Lunge, and then use HSS.

Yes. I got here late to this party and wonder what all the whine is about. This Spidey can auto-breakaway and then Pounce (if you don't mind spending the extra points).
I do think the multibase is kinda dumb for such a short dial. But yeah, assuming I can get one (not a given this time, as I'm still needing a job and spending power is running dangerously low), I'll use 'im.
God is smarter than we are....
Visit Heroclixin'! Or check out my trade thread. Molly Hayes' KO list: HoT Ultron, HoT Thor, SI Iron Man, AV Wonder Man, SI Sentry, LE Diana Prince, R IC Ultron, Pretty Boy, CW Kang, IIM Thunderball, TW Catwoman, OP Red Hulk.
My biggest regret in this is that I think they missed the opportunity to do a cool thing to represent several different phases of Spider-Man on the dial. Use those 20 or so clicks for something other than saying KO. Give us three different Spider-Man options on the same dial at different point values. I could see the truly newbie Peter Parker figuring out he's Spider-Man at 6 clicks, then maybe something representing the college age Spider-Man, and then finally a veteran Spider-Man who has pretty much matured with the use of his powers and intellect.

That would have rocked!!!
