No, he was one for about 2 seconds when all teh resurrected type people became white lanterns. They're my only gripe about this set. We don't need to waste slots on characters that appeared for about 2 panels and will likely never be seen again.

It's at the end of the Blackest Night storyline. Hal and all the other "risen heroes" that were killed by Nekron were transformed into White Lanterns. For one panel...

Though this set does make me drool....
