Yeah, trading is so wonderful and great I end up taking my stuff for trade and selling it on ebay, where it actually moves. But by all means - continue to live in that rose colored world of yours.

And, he can target CSM if hy tries to hide out inside of blocking terrain (like the tank), or get a second spot inside of it if you want to have another attacker go in and be able to attack him.

Trading and Cap brings up a question for me to pose to you guys/gals. Since Cap is selling for so high on Ebay, should I expect that he should be worth a fair amount more than a normal rare in trade? I have seen trade offers before that include Uniques worth far less than Cap is worth on Ebay - should I not be expecting to get offers closer to his worth (ie Ebay value).

I traded a pair of custom dice for one not long ago, and then traded the Cap for an SR from the new set.

Yeah, I saw one go for $27 last week on eBay. I wanted to pick up a second to mod into a 90's Liefeld style Cap. But at that price, it aint happening.

On a side note, I would really love a collector's set of Liefeld-inspired sculpts, like IMPOSSIBLE PECS CAPTAIN AMERICA and HERNIATED DISC CABLE.

I don't know if I would expect the full eBay value...at least what the BIN prices are...but he's obviously worth more than other rares (and even some uniques and SRs)...the completed listings on eBay averages out to about $24, with a low of $15 BIN and a high of $34.28 BIN (both had free shipping). Me personally, I would value him around $20 in a trade.

this is exactly why cap's price is outta control.. the last worlds exposed how well running multiples of him can destroy stuff in 300 modern. Can't believe i traded my extra for a fenris back when HOT came out!~

dang... i went to a local store of mine a few weeks ago looking for HoT singles and they had i think one Cap left... picked it up for $5 or around that... had no idea he went for this much online!

I picked up both of mine back before BATB came out. I got one for 8.99 from one of the online stores and then got my second one in a trade for a Superman Prime. If he wasn't so good, I'd probably have gotten rid of them both. Of course if he wasn't so good he wouldn't be so expensive either.
