This is obviously a pre-diamond skin version, i.e. an update of the clobbering time one, and well-needed.

I was going to complain that we don't need a new Emma Frost, but the reasonably lower point cost and new keywords are A.O.K in my book.

81 is certainly going to fit onto more X-Men teams than 107. Which sucks, cause the MM one is perfect, but Wizkids did right by making an equally playable new Emma.

For this set are they going to use the new champions bases or are they still going with the ones they've been using since HoT?

boy oh boy, i really cant wait for this set. Really love the cyclops since we never got one that can dish out lots of damage (which is what cyclops always do) but can get killed fast. Seems very accurate. RCE with sharpshooter is going to be great. I am surprised that emma does not have some sort of trait that let her morph to diamond form.

A couple of days ago, I played against Indigo-1 with a 400 point New Mutants theme. The only ones on my team who weren't getting extra points of healing were Warlock and the Brood Queen Xavier (the former's a Robot; the latter's missing the team symbol). It was nuts. Now I get to do that on my own with Cyclops in place? Awesommmmmme!

Cyclops + Indigo-1 = WoS Nightcrawler auto heals 3 clicks for one action!

Adding Whirlwind would allow Cyclops to perform a mini-Quake using Force Blast, without actually having to make an attack roll.

Yeah, I didn't realize these were from whatever that secret santa thing was. I though they were from when Justin told everyone to watch their snail mail for sneak peaks of the new oreo dial assembly. But I'm sure I won't get one of those either.
