how on earth does one justify BEAST BOY as being the best, and Johnny quick as being the 10th? i understand that the prime version is both Titans and outiders, but still.
That just seems VERY ironic to me. johnny quick is very cost-effective, and REDICULOUSLY good as a 3rd attacker/support piece... just saying.
oh, and for the record, I agree with thugit, Alan scott is GOOD, but VERY overestimated and overrated. I can see how he could shine in 600+. Filling the roll of a secondary attacker, while supporting a tentpole(like crisis Spectre).
but i dont think he has the stats to really deal with a threat in 300-400.

I hate it when superman gets tied up with Plastic Man
Don't hate the player, hate the game. Or the figures. Or the dice. Or the map...
I think the issue here is that thugit sees a 145 support piece as inherently bad, which many others do not, and to which I point out Metron used as a 195 pt support piece nearly won GenCon.
And Quick dies in 1 shot. Beast Boy is a scant 10 pts more and has not only the ta and tie up options, more clicks, hss, tons of damage, and even the dreaded big attack from 2 away. Its not close.

I agree with a few of your picks but problem I have with that last statement is that if you can't position a HSS To NOT BE hit then..."YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG"

In no particular order
Ares
Doomsday
Scar
Guy Gardner
Atrocitus
Superman (uncommon)
Batman (Super Rare)
White Lantern Ice
White Lantern Flash
White Lantern Superman
Atrocitus is over Doomsday due to difference in cost. Atrocitus is just as effective, if not more with that awesome trait, except he can afford enough help to not be totally destroyed by Outwit in 300.
Two words INTERGANG AGENTS now Doomsday is walking around with OUTWIT and they're cheap enough to build a theme team at 300 pts.
With the new ATA, Bane and Ragdoll need to be top ten. Also: Metron is leaps and bounds better than Alan. Better stats, better powers and immunity to Outwit. That one isn't even close.

Oh totally. And I know have a reason to base people with Black Alice if she needs to DIE : P

Deadshot's already there, but he would get quite the boost from the ATA.
Doomsday is so situational. You have to be playing Golden Age to make him work as well. Also, I'm not sure Doomsday even beats Atrocitus. Add a Red Lantern. Atrocitus packs an outwit and perplex with him (two Questions will do), then hits on a 6. Heavy Object - Doomsday is down to flurry with 3 damage. And Atrocitus should get the first hit thanks to move and attack up front. After that, well, it's over.
Yes, Metron is mostly better, for 50 points more. And you under-rate TK.
As far as HSS, you do realize Beast Boy has it too right?

So, TK-ing in some Gotham, Stealthed, Outwitters who pack a punch, Running Shot in for 3 penetrating damage with 11 attack or 10 attack and 4 damage with plenty of theme PC, isn't good enough? Especially with a Gotham City Detective (which puts him up to still barely more than Hal Jordan SR). Gotham has serious mobility issues. In one fell swoop, he offers a solution to that along with serious damage and ranged support.

So you can provide something other than you opinion to support that? I mean, yeah, Cap can "bust stealth" at half his price. But he can't fly, no TK, no PB, no Imp and he doesn't bust stealth for the rest of his team.
Like I said, I ran the search...there are 4 figures in his price range that come close to everything he can do. Close, but no cigar.
I can say that I ran him at the center of a Gotham City team, and in 2 of 3 matches he took exactly one click of damage. He EXCEEDED my expectations.
Cap, OTOH, is cheaper, and an astounding figure up front, but hit him once and, well, better hope it was in close combat, cause if it was at range, he's dead within a round.
