thanks Quebbster for the info. Unfortunately it seems i tend to rep the same guys cuz those same guys answer most of my questions. cant rep you either right now. haha. im gonna go hit the general discussion forum and see who i can find. thanks again.
The only one involved in the action who can't do it is the Mme. Marie (as she has been given an action to make the attack).
AHA! I knew it! Are you beta testing HCOnline? The game allows the attacker to Theme their own attack rolls. A couple of the guys (assumption on my part) I was playing said that that was legal and I was all "No way!"
Cool to know.

You can't use HCOnline as a way to learn the rules (at least in the beta). There's a great video out there, but Thorbuster uses Pulse Wave while adjacent to an opposing character.

Not using it as a way to learn the rules but it will make you question yourself. And when your opponent disagrees with you it makes you think even more. And verifying yourself is a good idea regardless.

That will work in a turn, but not in a single action. The pushing from the second action token will not occur until the action is over.
Is this correct? The pushing from the second action token to a character using themed PC only occurs at the end of the action?
I'm asking this because of the following situation:
Figure A attacks Figure B successfully. Figure B had an action token, and will use themed PC to re-roll the attack. It will be given a 2nd action token. Will it take pushing dmg before the attack is re-rolled?
My question could be: when is pushing dmg applied to a character using themed PC when that figure already has an action token?
If I am correct, It has now been ruled that the same character cannot use a theme-team Probability Control twice in the same turn.
They can still use the PC granted on the dial and one granted by the theme team but they can't repeat the theme team PC for that turn.
I figured it was important to note that for this thread...

That's correct.

As stated in what you quoted, pushing daamge is always applied at the end of the action.

As far as I've seen, there hasn't been an official announcement changing this.

Do you have a link to back that up? Because as far as I know, that's the exact opposite of the ruling we have now. (I disagree with the ruling we have now, but I'm going with what the official word is.)

This was written in red for the new Golden Age Player's Guide on page 5. I copy and pasted:
Powers and abilities that may only be used once per turn,
round, or game may be used accordingly for each way the
character may use the effect. (For example, a character
may use Probability Control once per turn through its own
power then again using the themed team mechanic.)

It can also be confirmed here through Questions who, by the way, is the MAN!

Yeah, I forgot about that.
I'll have to go review my notes. I'm not sure that was intended to stop the multiple TTPCs. Off the top of my head, I seem to recall that being added for the clarity of saying that you can use regular PC and TTPC together, but I'm not sure it was designed to prevent using TTPC multiple times.

I'm not sure it was intended to do that either, but I think it does stop multiple themed team PCs by the same character in the same turn. To undo that, I think themed team PCs will need a line in the Player's Guide indicating that a character can be given multiple themed team PCs in the same turn. (And while that may happen, my personal opinion is that it's making the game unnecessarily complicated.)
related question, keeps happening at my tournaments, and judge rules that it works, but want to double check
say nick fury is attacking someone, and misses, you use theme team prob with dum dum dugan who has no action tokens nor has done an action this turn. nick fury still misses, can you the give another theme team token to dum dum dugan because theme team does not count as an action? and he technically hasn't had an action? basically theme team prob with the same character twice.

So being given an action to use probability control via a theme team prob, doesn't count as an action? Because if it counts as an action how can they qualify to be give the 2nd team theme prob since they already had an action?
