no, I can only pick one construct to do poison,.... so Clark is not poison.
Are you sure? Obviously he can only *attack* through one construct at a time, but I don't see anything stopping him from poisoning through all of them at once...

I was mistaken,... I read if two constructs were adjacent to one opposing characters. that character would only take one poison. so Yes, Clark takes one clix of poison.
1) Free Robin and Aquaman leadership: 5,3: Got it.
2) Aquaman push to attack Despero with the objet. 10 to 15. Aquaman get 5,4: 9. 4 damage. Despero is KO. SA and KO to Aquaman and he take push damage too.
3) Batman move to J15.
4) Superman move to O12.
1 Token to CP.

Mmm I think Poison is in the beginning of the turn before everything else.
because of that I think poison should be before put the contruct and not after. I'm wrong?
Nope, as long as creating the construct is a free action, Larfleeze is free to put one down first, and then poison afterwards. Just like outwitting toughness (for instance) and then poisoning is also perfectly legal

So, let's say a character with 1 or 2 damage attack Larfleeze and hit him. He mastermind that to a contruct. This means that with only 1 or 2 damage the construct will get destroyed right?

yes, if you want to destroy the Construct you need 3 damage,... but if I mastermind damage to it,... if it takes one damage it will go away,... but 3 damage is all that I can give it.
I just realice that since there was already 2 Constructs in the map, putting the third construct is a Power action and for that then Larfleeze can't move, right??

you are correct, I thought for some reason, it was 3 allowed before it is a power action. okay, I need to redo my turn.
well to keep things simple, he will fly to the same spot, taking the two constructs with him. so no Blume construct Wonder Dog is not KOed and Aquaman does not take the next token.
1) Free Robin and Aquaman Leadership: 6,5: got it.
2) Batman will use the +1 CP token on his attack to attack Larfleeze but he will NOT use willpower, for that he wil have push damage.
9 to 18. Batman get 3,3: 6. Fail.
3) Free Batman outwit Larfleeze Defense Orange Lackeys.
4) Alfred attack Larfleeze 9 to 18. Alfred get 5,4: 9. Hit. 2 clicks to Larfleeze. SA to Alfred and AST to Batman.
5) GL attack Larfleeze. 9 to 17. GL get 5,6: 11. Hit with 3 damage. SA to GL, AST to Batman.
6) Robin attack Larfleeze. (since Constructs are objets they don't hide line of sigh). 9 to 18 (17+hindering). Robin get 3,4: 7. Fail.
(I forgot to roll Shape change with Robin but Robin fail anyways.)

Sorry but Batman can not see Larfleeze, since GL and Alfred are blocking his view. so feel free to redo your turn or keep the hits and I will mm damage to the constructs.
