Think Elseworlds/What-If - They fight, and continue fighting for years, locked in a neverending battle, until they both die. Possibly destroying worlds in the process.
Longest-Reigning Drunken HeroClix Champion - anyone got a liver?
This seems like an old argument - Hulk has no known upper limit to his strength, so in theory he can beat anybody if he gets angry enough. Even Doomsday would eventually run out of 'evolve' tricks.
[Fanboy Mode - ON!] And why is Hulk's "strength" limitless while Doomsday's evolutionary powers aren't? Hulk's strength is tied to his rage. Does rage/anger have a limit? Doomsday has evolved beyond universally altering energy (A Guardian of the Universe) so do not discount him.

Whew...sorry about all that.

Doomsday wins. DC characters are easily more powerful, and Hulk already lost to Superman in a crossover. Doomsday killed superman and he only later beat him with waveriders help. As much as I love the character Hulk, he would get stomped, especially by the new "I evolve" doomsday.
And the hulk later beat almost the whole marvel universe in world war hulk.Besides superman only beat hulk because he trapped him under a mountain for a few seconds he never completely beat him.

Really superman beats them all i doubt he could beat onslaught and hulk destroyed him.Superman gets beat down by metallo and hulk beat him in the marvel dc crossover.

True enough; Batman's victory over the Hulk was much more definitive.
Now, some of you may be wondering: Jack, while it's true that Batman beat the Hulk in an entirely canon and reasonable crossover appearance, what would happen if the Hulk got his hands on him? Wouldn't Batman be done for?
Ah, I reply, such a thing actually happened! The Hulk got his brutish mitts on Batman, encircling him in an emerald green vise of doom!
Whereupon Batman punches the Hulk's ears hard enough that Hulk lets go.
Sure, Batman goes on to thought bubble about how he didn't actually HURT the Hulk (the ears not being the gut), but it at least settled any and all fan debates about what would happen if the Hulk got his hands on Batman.

I admit to not being up on the latest Doomsday developments, but it seems that the Hulk's comic history is rife with god-like beings saying "IT IS HOPELESS!! I AM ALL-POWERFUL", and then the Jade Giant putting the smack-down on them like any other punk.
Man, we better get a 'definitive' Hulk in 2011 to put him up against DC75 Doomsday. The only one that would stand a chance now is, of course, Green Scar.

Yeah, Metallo (the guy with the Green Kryptonite heart) has laid Superman low a couple times. Beaten Superman? Not really.
That's the best you got?
Dude, you lost Fanboy points by bringing Bruce's smarts into this arguement and mentioned kryptonite (a substance that doesn't exist in the Marvel universe yet in every Superman argument everyone in Marvel has it in their hall closet).
And Hulk didn't "beat" Onslaught either.
But I must admit that if you are going to make stuff up you might as well go big!
