- Twin blade style: Jinno has Charge and Flurry. He does not halve his movement for Charge.
I`m a bug fan of Jinno, and here is my suggestion/Idea for dial tweaks to him. A click of exploit in place of the CCE for a bit of variety, and to show his prowess, plus its always nice to land on that with B/C/F. Shape change, for his well, change, and his amazing agility. Added a few click of normal charge, and put the nasty charge on his 12 move click for a little suprise at the end and ot even things out a tad. Food for thought, hope something catches your eye
I think this virsion is way undercosted. You added 3 SC, 2 quake, and 1 exploit weekness. The was you reagranged him dial allows him to move 12 spaces then hit for 6 damage. That right there does not represent Jinno. I'm acctually thinking Of lowering Jinno's output damage as it seems alittle high. Though I will be adding some shapechange.

You cannot use Charge and Close Combat Expert at the same time, so he will only hit for 4. Like I said the 12 charge is just a random suprise, at best he may get to do that once, its hi last click, just me thinking outside the box for rnadom sparadic suprises =D keep`n it real. Exploit weaknes one the 1 damage, so he cna atleast do one, and if you roll a 6 on blades, ouch, also its there one time, unless you memorize the dial and pln acordingly you wont get to use it often. Jinno is a beast, man, I own Afro, and Afro ressurection, and hes nastier in that one, dont underestimate him regardless, I would play the hell out of him on a martiel artist team, and say " Yes, my Teddy Bear man is gunna fk u up,son" =D

#7 looks great but i think u meant to give a range with that special. otherwise that rs and rce will see little use

#11 needs to be knocked down to about 85-90 points

I have a question regarding Sakura. Is this her in Shippuden or as the young kid with just raw talent? If this is her as Tsunade's apprentice, she deserves at least a 16 defense. As a medic-nin she was trained to do more than just heal. She's like a younger tsunade, healing, stubbornness and brute strength c/o precise chakra control.
