Another needed mod would be for El Dorado, another character added to the show to promote ethnic diversity. As well as Rima the Jungle Girl, who was in 3 episodes of the All-New Super Friends Hour (1977-1978).

It was a show that ran on Adult Swim for four seasons. It repurposed several characters from the old Birdman show (sort of a Superman/Hawkman knock off) for a court procedural show. As a comedy of course. A lot of Hanna Barberra characters made cameo appearances in the show, including several characters from the old HB Superfriends show, the ones that HB created, so has rights to use.

Of particular note was the second episode, "A Very Personal Injury," in which Apache Chief gets scalding hot coffee spilled on his lap, and loses his ability to grow, costing him his place among the Superfriends...

I really cannot see using Black Lightning for Black Vulcan - Black Vulcan can fly, BL can't, so he is not a good candidate for the replacement.
