In an old New Mutants, when Illyana was teleporting all over time, they hit the future in which Sentinals have taken over. In the adventure they figure out that the Sentinels have killed most of thier family and friends. Once they decide to leave Magma decided to leave a little present for the Sentinels that had taken over New York city. She creates a giant volcano right in the middle of Manhattan. Destroyed everything. She says "I have always wondered what I could do if I cut loose" (paraphrase) She wasn't even winded by the power use. I stopped reading a few years later, so I don't know what ever happened to her. But she always seemed a little too powerfull to not be an X-Men to me. She might not be able to do it all at once, but she could destroy everything that she pointed at on the earth.
Franklin Richards at some point wielded a lot of raw power too right? I think he was an omega threat at least for a while.
The last I would have to say would be Jack of Diamonds. Apparenlty if he doesn't go into a specially made isolation room hundreds of levels below the avengers mansion. He detonates and could at least do catostrophic damage to a city. (nuclear fusion level)
Phenoix
Professor X
With enough time on his hands, Nightcrawler
Blackbolt (sings opera)
Magneto
Franklin Richards
Blink
Iceman (useing his full power)
Doom (the man owns a time machine)
Gambit couldnt even come close, though he could take out large chunks (if he charged the worlds biggest nuke)
"You do this...to that woman...from a hundred yards away...with only a toothpick!" -Terrorist
"Could have done it with less." -Bullseye
Kitty couldn't get that far, as she can only phase as long as she can hold her breath. The core is too deep for that. Jack of Hearts, Black Bolt, and Doom aren't mutants, as the thread name indicates.
As for Jubilee, the only anurisms she would cause is people laughing so hard at her threatening to blow up the world, and only succeeding in setting off the sprinkler system in the Wal-mart where she shops for raincoats and shades.

Well blackbolt is close enoguh to a mutant for all intenseve purposes
Jubille couldnt do anything close, though she can do damage. when she was angry, even when she was like 14 or however young she was then when she first came, she could shatter steal. I imagine that here powers have to have gotten stronger.

No Black Bolt isn't. He was born normal, therefore he is nothing like a mutant. He was exposed to a "Mist", as most of his race are, that gives them powers and alters some of them.

i still think storm unleashed with fury and anger with no emotional control could do alot of damage and potentially destroy or at least criple the world and u cant stop me from thinking that
"He's got a possible 12 Attack",
Yeah, with 3 Perplex stacked on top of his 9 Attack!?
Why not advertise all figures with stats that are 3 higher than what they've got?
WKids could say, "This Paramedic does 3 Damage".
Quentin Quires a high level telepath in Xavier's Institute. Omegas are basically just telepaths who have about ten times as much power as Xavier (Phoenix and Quentin)

Could we at least get you to put 2 p's in cripple?
Thanks for the 411 on Quentin, Mr. Squawkins!

To reply to a much earlier post about Gambit from Zekeup32.
Inorganic materials, are those chemical compounds or materials that contain no Carbon, or carbon - hydrogen bonds (depending on what you mean by your definition of ORGANIC compounds) Cellulose,(aka paper) the primary component of playing cards is a VERY organic compound.
