#019 Magneto needs to be about 50 points cheaper to be considered on par with GSX Magneto.

Funnily enough #015 Magneto seems roughly worth the points and is alright.

The thing that makes this one so great is he starts with the power that can attach his item. (invisible woman, human torch have to take damage). He running shots and pulse waves for four. Next turn he can push to pulse wave for five or running shot back for regular 5 damage and use an x men character to heal via x men team. (cough cough marvel girl)

I'm glad to see a new Magneto on the new base design.

To be honest, I would bet this Rare Magneto is not the cheapes to purchase either.

I could see this one going for 20 to 25 bucks much like M Bison did!

I'm loving the 250/125 Magneto. I love dual-point values in general. I can play Magneto as a helper, and I can play Magneto as the bad@ss that he is. Gotta get this figure!

If I didn't already own, or if I had never heard of the GSX Mags, this would be my go to Mags. However, since I have heard of GSX Mags and thankfully own him, I'll hardly play this one. Still an awesome piece, just not quite as awesome as his other version.

Would his pulse wave and quake Dmg add 1 to them as well

Yeah, this Magneto's good and all... but for 189 points instead of 250, the GSX Super-Rare Magneto is just so much more potent. I'd pay the 250 points if this one had Indomitable. Otherwise, he seems a bit over-costed.

Yes. This really annoys me, because I was actually really excited when I saw we were getting the purple costume. He was a 'hero' for several years in the purple costume, then switched back to the red helmet when he went bad again.
A little disappointed by the dials on these, if only because they seem overpriced, and are really similar to the old pre-carded figs. Had high hopes for Mags since all the other anniversary figs were done so well.
I'm a little nervous about Storm and Phoenix now...

I certainly like the 113 point version for a cheap way to get him on the field with good stats. Only drawback is the short dial but for the points & the way it is these days, it's not exactly unexpected I guess.

The 250 pointer leaves me little reason to get him to use over the 187(?) point House of M on I have ... except to have a good version in the most iconic outfit since I don't have the GSX one.

Awesome! now I can sell my GSX one and have one with the X-Men team ability to mod for my Age of Apocalypse team! Thank you!
