I know a lot of people get excited about the penetrating damage but I wonder how often it will come into effect with low movement. I also don't like loosing the Enhancement right away for the Perplex. I think for less points I'll take the autopilot version.
The cop cars are the best and the least polarizing of the vehicles thus far, so I'm glad about that as I'm going to want several of them! 20 point Alpha GCPD triggers both pilot bonuses for those looking for the cheapest there is, but the options are insanely broad. I've very excited for these, and them coming packed with my other main vehicle want, the Tank, is just icing on the cake to me. I'm a little surprised that there isn't more Incap, but given what that normally does to costs, I don't think I'll complain about that! :)

"Cuffed to the Bumper" elicits some pretty frightening visuals if you envision the thing IN MOTION. Eek. Really useful for cracking nuts that it could never hope to legitimately hit. I'm a huge fan of this thing. 5 stars.
the police just ride around in this thing clearing the streets. It could get pretty annoying if you have 2 or 3 of them and are coordinating your moves to knock them into the lines of movement for the other cars. Lol Also the handcuffs are awesome.
Someone decided to pay for extra training at the Police Academy on this one! Sorry but you normally could just Hyper Sonic away... but well you see we've got these here handcuffs, no sir you cannot take off the handcuffs, no sir I will not remove them just this one time.
No sir I will not do a strip search on you.
I'm sorry but "MR. Flash" was it, we got complaints about someone down here "Flashing" everyone we just naturally assumed it was you.....
Only a fool refuses to pay an extra 16 points to get the Piloted version of the cop car. The extra abilities are awesome: handcuffing people to the bumper and running them over! Police brutality as a winning strategy!

The pilot abilities are nice, but should they really be running into people? Imagine the paperwork involved.
The piloted version switches the order of perplex and enhancement, and I prefer the other option, but the front loaded willpower means this cruiser will be action more often.

The tie-up and damage dealing concepts for this one are just nice IMO. Again, it gives a good amount of utility, but this time it deals damage simply by passing another character, and can tie them up no matter what with the right pilot. This is the first of the vehicles I don't wouldn't mind playing at either level conceptually.
